Thank you a lot for this, it helps me a lot. One question: Is the technique in 5:28 not allowed in Judo? I see an IJF rule "Applying a leg scissors lock to the opponent's trunk, neck, or head (crossing and extending the legs)", which will receive a shido.
Good stuff! Can this be adapted for a jiu jitsu pin. The only difference in jiu jitsu is they grab the inside leg rather then the outside when applying the Yokoshiho. Thank you for your video contributions, very easy to comprehend.
Wow! Nice escape, i think the kids i'll train can use the escape to the hold down! I'll show them next train! You have a great Talent to explain :) Greets
I just started Judo this year and I was looking for the escape to Yoko Shiho Gatame. Thanks for posting this video.
GREAT video. I've been struggling with pin escapes for a while now, especially yokoshiho. Thank you for help! Oss
Thankyou very much for sharing, very informative with no added ego or showmanship, just good clean tactic and explanations-cheers :D
Another great video. Man how do I miss these great escapes. Something new I can try since tonight Monday is our ne waza night!
