    Personal note, I have a bad hip, I've known it was so since I was 7 years old. A birth defect in the cartilage, I speculate. Anyways, it is 100% asymptomatic since I've been off dairy (dairy was a huge trigger for it flaring up.) I have run 100 miles in a week of training for marathons and never had the slightest trouble with it. That said, a couple weeks ago I indulged in some wine. Well. WOW. My hip was so inflamed I could barely walk! Apparently the alcohol triggered some sort of inflammation. A week later, the pain went away and I'm perfectly fine again:) No residual discomfort, and my full range of motion is back.
    So.....NO WINE FOR ME, THANKS! And yes. It is events like these, which make me happy to be so sensitive to my diet. It keeps me honest! And...it is remarkable (night and day!!!) the difference diet makes, in the way I feel.

    I was getting bad shoulder pain, knee soreness, some times the hands would freeze up a little. Eliminated the last animal products I was still eating and it all vitality went away. Unless I eat white flour. whole wheat is no problem. Cycling helps to loosen everything up. And shoulder exercises. I am baking my own bread now as I write this.

    People seem to have good success getting rid of RA symptoms with either plant based or carnivore.

    • @WeCelebrateEatingPlants
      @WeCelebrateEatingPlants 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Symptoms can reduce with either but to actually get rid of the antibodies and be well I would go full whole plants with a ton of cruciferous and flax or chia for omega 3s like Dr. Goldner's goodbye autoimmune protocol. Haven't seen any omnivores or carnivores actually reverse the disease and be well for real

    I am 59 yrs old. Been on hydrochloriquine 12 years for RA. I recently developed a terrible rash and hives. My dr thinks I have become allergic to my medication. Now i am on steroids temporarily because the rash is so severe. We have stop the medication of course but she said it stays in your system for three months. She also said RA can remain dormant in your system and come back with a fury so I need to be on some thing. I am very exasperated and becoming depressed about the whole situation. By the way my joints are fine and otherwise I feel very good

    Interesting - I never really thought about the denaturation of proteins with respect to food sensitivities before. Due to its acidic environment, fermentation also must cause denaturation of proteins. This probably explains why some people have problems with edamame but can eat fermented soy products such as tofu.

    • @Xassefras
      @Xassefras 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Tofu isn't a fermented product, though tempeh is.

      @@Xassefras Ah - you are correct. As part of tofu production, though, the soybean paste is heated to a boiling temperature, so the proteins are still denatured.

      Avoid all :
      Processed food
      Animally- sourced foods
      Chemical food additives
      ( So, you are eliminating any triggering factors)
      Then you should seriously go to graceful yoga exercises
      Fast movement will be damage joints further
      You have to utilize your mind power too, to activate your body healing mechanism
      ( Meditation)
      Because, ultimately the mind has ability to heal. Food doesn't have it
