no once you accepted the offer they will end the invoice with an early bird discount. So you only have to pay the discounted amount. For example, if the course fee is 8000, and the discount is 50% you will get an invoice of 4000. You have to pay it within the given time. If you unable to pay it within the given time you have to pay 8000

Certificate obtained from Divisional Secretariat is available with us. Is that document enough to submit to the embassy?
Submit the cert you have and please be prepare with an affidavit saying you missed the original one. They are request these book copy most of the time
