Game looks great but just needs better driving mechanics in terms of turning and drifting
I agree, but more so tire physics as well. Tires are way too slidy to be show accurate. Battles spec is the best car to drive IMO because it’s just perfect for drifting and driving fast, otherwise all other cars are way too slidy
Yep. Handling is too sensitive. The noise the tires make when drifting is nails on a chalk board. the camera is too far away and too close to the ground. And the engine doesn't really make any different noises when you accelerate. I think if they just looked at the coding for games like need for speed and forza they'd be able to fix these things very quickly.
Even crash physics please
Sadly we'll probably never get this, I had a public convo with the head dev on reddit about this very thing and he just said "well it's a simulator engine so it's realistic" but he also wouldn't explain if it's realistic why every car can do 150mph in first gear.
Yeah. Just a bit more handling, along with physics if everyone gets where I'm going.
I'm amazed by this, i know that it might need more work but...c'mon, if this isn't one of the best adaptations (if not "the" Best) then i don't know what it is. You deserve a lot of gratitude for your work, it's heartwarming that you took a bit of our childhoods and practicly made a dream come true
The game is quite amazing ^^ I'm not the creator but I think you would like that he is working on adding more stuff to the game :) I think I mentioned him in someone's comment ;)

I love the idea, and how it is being, but it seems that they need more support in the development
This game would be epic with the driving mechanics of Need for Speed: Most wanted / Forza Horizon 4

I love the way the realms look, bit as another commenter said, the gameplay seems almost unplayable in the current state. I ant see myself having fun with the current physics engine, so I really hope that it gets an overhaul in the future.
If this could become anything like the 'World Race' Gamcube game I played as a kid, I'm sold. I won't even pretend I did not want an Acceleracers version of World Race growing up, and being able to utilise the Drones, Silencers, and even the Teku cars would be a childhood dream come true. All in all, this already looks pretty damn awesome - such a nostalgia trip. Driving mechanics could use some work, though.

There are forty one Racing Realms. Yet we only know what a few of them look like. There's likely an Acid Realm and a Mountain Realm.
there cant be 41 because when you take frame by frame pictures of the wheel of power, there are only 30 symbols. saying there are 41 makes no sense because they dont exist anywhere. we are shown 12 realms in the movie series. there are 13 realms featured in the card game, and there are 4 realms unconfirmed because they dont appear in either but their symbols exist on the wheel and we have bits and pieces from the studio of cut realms that were supposed to be in the movie but were either scrapped or changed dramatically due to time/budget constraints (ie, forest realm which already had an accelecharger allowing nature manipulation, was scrapped and replaced by the swamp realm). that accounts for 29 of those symbols. the final and 30th symbol would be the ultimate race.
Whar about Route 35's tracks?

@@rafaelvital8281 highway 35 isnt the same as the racing realms. highway 35 connects to hotwheels city which can be accessed at any time.
@@TheReptain vert got the realms we werent shown in the movie, indicating they are the ones featured in the card game. again, there cant be more than mentioned because there are only 29 realms the wheel can open. highway 35 isnt a racing realm because it can be accessed without the wheel.
The physics should play more like trackmania, of course engine sounds but probably copyright issues. Having said that the game looks phenomenal, and is far better than I could've ever imagined
This makes me so incredibly happy to see. I hope there comes a time where this is a mainstream game where teku and metal maniacs can race through the realms together and get accelechargers on multiplayer. Hyper pods and npc monsters to fight, metro realm would be so much fun. I wish I could help!

I've been playing Unleashed, and I hope they release some kind of DLC related to acceleracers ^^
You would largely benefit from a more elevated camera angle giving the player a better view of the track ahead. Kind of like how older console racing games had where the camera pans further from the car giving you a wider field of vision ahead.
Some steering deadzone may help you too. I'm not a technical wizard so I don't know how implementing that would go, but it would help stabilize the car taking very shallow corners.
This is awesome dude. I can't wait to follow this project more. I feel like a kid again. Bravo

The game is goin to look great im sure about it but like every game in developpment this little gem of nostalgia needs a litle more work but overall great work man keep up like that 🔥🤘

The cars can go 240-280 max without nitrox
You might have crashed worse than Vert, but this is an awesome looking game. 👌

Major potential here. Though I see this as more just a playable version of the movie realms, which I don't hate, I just don't know what else you would do with it.

I would say the hyperpod should be able to stick into place, like if it's a speed kinda hyperpod, it should focus on going straight & fast only instead of being able to turn it & all cause the hyperpod's speed is at least about 560 mph & turning that big ass thing shouldn't be a thing if that makes sense yk? I love how the cars look & nitrox and the gauge levels but it does need some work, overall this looks like an awesome ass project frrr & I can't wait to see it turn into a final project that's finally done with everything

Bro you got to have an Easter egg to where you can drive one of the hyperpods, or if you find one and you drive into it and it teleports you further up the course.

Very glitch love the aspect of it I reckon that the hyper pod should be on its own fixed track meaning that the hyperpod will drive for you example like Bullet Bill in Mario Kart
that would be a nice aproach to it 🤔

Man it's pretty good, and tbh The Best adaption to a game that we have. But the control of the car is weird, I hope they fix this someday. But if someone already fixed this with any setting or option, please let me know guys!

Excellent! Make me reminisce about watching the acceleracers films. I say the driving mechanics do need a bit of work. The graphics can be improved. But overall I do see great potential for this project. Especially from acceleracers.
Hopefully the dev manages to improve the game on the next version ^^
Very cool. I actually think the driving is fine. Maybe some work on the camera to make it cooler and more polished. But it's already quite good. I don't know it's looking to be a great project.

@@FullThroughYT the only thing this game needs is good weight to the cars and physics model. Then it would be perfect. It would be even better if we could race Ai drones or other teams 🤔 possibly multiplayer maybe pass the message along if you can. But seriously thank you for making this game @cat
@@sathyathukkaram8153 there's an option to play multiplayer If I remember correctly and to put AI cars, but i didn't showed it as it wasn't polished at the moment ^^

I've seen that they plan to include at least a few more acceleracers cars to the new hot wheels game ^^
Hey i havent been keeping up with the development but they should definitely add car tuning and customisation, and the option to change tire types like in the movies
the tire change it's already implemented but don't see a huge difference between the types at least at the moment haha :D

Love the game through so far as well as some of the car designs from the original series car. But, it might need some fix with certain cars like the silencers vehicles. Also like the hyper-pod, though it needs some fixes it like when you get in it, it’s able to automatically drive until it reaches a certain point like driving to the surface in the water realm

Yeah, I've also noticed that it depends on the car you are using too as the Bassline it's easier to control :)

i honestly think this game could be huge, just need to really focus on making the driving really feel good
The dev has been working on that aspect recently from what I know, maybe in the future I'll make a new video when the development gets a little bit further :D, the dev is TheCatPlaysGamez on his channel you can see some updates on the project development in case you want to check it out ^^

Tbh Iike it and it be great with a computer driving wheel
steering looks a little too tight for what i assume is a keyboard being used.
also, the cars themselves look a little stubby but i love the detail
I was actually using a controller in general and the keyboard for using the menu of the game :), hopefully the driving improves over the updates ^^
Who created the game congratulations nice design I love it, but the driving engine need to be better and also put the mobs of the realms to give a very good the experience.

the controls are so hard unfortunately. asking for control updates in discord also doesn't help, since there's this 'badass' that kept telling people to get good like bro, I just want to enjoy the game and not expect a learning curve 😒😒
I recommend you try the Bassline it's easier to drive, at least in my opinion

I would love to see the studio thay did the recent hot wheels game take this with separate development development funding, hell im a big fan for these and would happily drop a fat old investment in. I'm sure there are others who had this as one of the childhood memories and made it good. Let's get together and put some real money into production.

I think the visuals are amazing. You still need to work on the driving mechanics, the visuals and models of the vehicles (they look more like a toy car than a car) and the beginning of the level should be more oriented in the gameplay than in replicating the animation scenes. For example, the beginning of the water realm was great in the animation because we saw the characters react, but already implemented in the game, it is a bit long and the part of crossing the portal, also needs to be improved, especially for the fact that the level load just when you are driving breaks the flow of the gameplay. But this seems promising, great work

I'm skeptical about this. It could either be a great game or a huge disappointment, but it makes me happy to see my childhood finally get a game that it deserves. However, i have many questions. Like, is there going to be an actual story mode (which I believe it needs), multiplayer, characters returning from the movies or a whole new cast of characters. Me personally, would love to play as Mark Wylde or even just drive his car (Spinebuster). I'm not saying that it's not in good hands but it just makes me incredible nervous, you know? And i'm not a game developer, I have had my own vision of how I, personally, would want an Acceleracers to go. Even though, I know My idea would never come true since I don't know people in game development. So, I am extremely excited to see where this goes but incredibly nervous. I have faith that y'all will do the game/series justice.

@@FullThroughYT so i played it for a couple hours and i gotta say you have something really special here i love it. Only complaint is how easy it is to fall off a track i think it was trial 7 you had to switch tires on the fly and as soon as i hit the ice slid off the track even after equipping the spike tires. I can see that its still a work in progress and im excited to see how it progresses 🤘

I think a heavier car could be a solution
there are some that have that extra heaviness and they actually feel a little bit more controlable

Game isn't half bad. Personally think the tracks need a bit different scaling in terms of size, cars look absolutely tiny in here. That alongside maybe the user interface. But otherwise, not half bad.
