You are the most masterful of the Grisaille I have seen to date. I hope to be 1/10th as good in 2 years! Surprising and wonderful to watch, not to mention, I own every supply you used, in their full ranges. I have done a graphite Grisaille once, and it was not good for the subject, but I think I know of ways to improve it now, and I subbed you. Unbelievable hard work and talent!
I love your technique! It's so specific and the final result looks stunning. Very inspirational and I have learned and picked up a lot from just watching you do your work.
en serio, gracias por compartir tus conocimientos, cosas así son de las que uno aprende, te felicito por tu gran trabajo y talento, saludos desde Colombia.
I just recently found you Wylie and your art is breathtaking! I love your process too! I read all your tutorials and I was wondering is there a difference between using acrylic, acrylic ink and watercolor in your underpainting? Is it just an aesthetic effect? Man, I wish I could paint like you! but I feel like I still have a long way to go in art! Thank you for being an inspiration!
I've followed you a while on instagram didn't know you had videos. the oil base part 4, why not a overlay of watercolor? is it because it would push and pull the layer underneath? I'm in the process of making my first watercolor video like this.
thank you so much!! for being one of the few artists that share their process!!
