Wow the one cochrane residence what a simple and nice development I like the lobby all the textures they use for the lobby and the lift is marvellous but the lobby is a little bit too empty I hope they will had maybe another seats in the lobby in the future personal reference , I like the layout of the unit it’s very nice and the bathroom, the master bathroom reminds me of my friend house in encrop marina residence JB and the fit and finish in the bathroom is nice and timber used in all rooms is a nice touch and the tiles that they use in swimming is also nice . What a nice project and thank you for taking your time to make this review.
Yeap, the swimming pool design and furnishings certainly looks classy. Same goes to the drop off and lobby area, looks upmarket. Treehouse is unique but somewhat under my expectations.
How do you walk to IKEA? thats a very busy road to cross and for high end project the walkway to the MRT is abysmal. Theres also a big empty land right next to it, how tall/dense would that condo be? Layout of the house is not too bad, the fittings provided by the developer is thoughfull..in term of practicality, they've wasted money by having that tree house on the ground level near the guard, there would be nobody using it, shoud've placed it on the facility floor as the children play area is underwhelming. Malaysia town planning is so 3rd world...close to everything but so disconnected..if i moved into this condo next month, i would've neeed to drive my car everywhere for the smallest things although the shops are infront of my face, would i trust my teenage kids to cross the road to ikea to buy ice cream, curry puff? or go to the MRT station? hell no. I wish the pedestrian connectivity improves in the future...but the local council does not seem to care..or have the brains to do it.
Yes, it isn't easy to cross that road as it's a main road and vehicles can be pretty fast. Unfortunately, this is more like the norm as opposed to exception, here in Malaysia. Safe for Singapore, the general connectivity between buildings (residential to commercial/transportation hubs) is rather poor in the major cities in South East Asia. Location of the treehouse to me is fine, rather, its' the setup of the treehouse that I is poor to me. Shouldn't be just loose chairs. Would be great if it was bigger, enclosed (air-conditioned) and with a table perhaps. Always good to have small pockets of areas where residents can chill out, as opposed to having everything a the same area (facilities floor).
No E pronounce I for IKEA and why cant you let me know how much is both units...Wow maintenance fees are ridiculous high and monthly about $700 and can Malaysia people be able to afford all these condo where they have to pay monthly mortgage just wonder ...
I don't know the exact price of the units as I'm not a real estate agents. Hence, in all of my property reviews, if people are interested in the unit that I reviewed, they can contact the agent that I partnered. Those agents are the ones who are marketing the unit and have the full details as they are in contact with the owner. The average monthly maintenance fees for a condo isn't that high for a typical condo. Assuming its a 1,000sqft condo, and the rate is RM0.30~RM0.40 psqft. Hence, about RM300~RM400 a month.
Interested to get this unit at One Cochrane @ Maluri? Brand new unit directly from the developer. You can reach out to Jess at:
