Under the knife, people take a risk to die. I was hit by a car in my teens. I was happy to be alive. I had several surgeries on my left leg. Almost was an amputee but thank God I didn't. These young ladies should realize life is too precious for that kind of risk. I can live with my scars.

Hi Doc, Apparently she was turned down by two other docs who said there was no available fat to transfer and she had done the proceudre before? Is doing BBL after doing it several times before cause a serious risk??
Usually if you’re turned down by multiple doctors, it’s a sign. It’s recommended that you wait at least 1 year between BBL surgery before getting anything else done. Talk to your doctor about the risks.
In and of itself, being turned down doesn't mean that it was a higher risk of death. It means the surgeons didn't think they could get her the result she desired.
Linda but if you look at some of the videos and the shows such as BOTCHED you will see that some people had bad nose jobs that had to be redone and sometimes their nose jobs had to be redone several times and in the long run cartilage had to be taken from their ribs and so who would want to put themselves through all that

Great question! I would say that liposuction alone is equally if not more dangerous than doing a Brazilian butt lift. People who are poorly trained or inexperienced can enter the cannula into the wrong parts of the body cavity and patience can die. I’m not 100% certain on the data but I believe there are more deaths from liposuction alone each year than from BBL.

You should really think twice about getting it done ... is it so bad looking and so flat that you cannot enhance it by going to the gym and working out ? It is my belief that every weight loss patient needs a BBL, I would reconsider. It should be a zero event in expert hands, we perform over 150 a year in our practice.
