I find it interesting that they have the same fish as us over there. I'm wondering if some of these species were brought to North America or if they arose really early when our land masses were touching if that makes sense. I'll have to do some google research. This looks so similar to some mountain tailwaters in the US. I would have believed it if you said it was the Snake River in Idaho or something like that. Really cool scenery and fish. I think your editing is on point as well. I thought you were going to surrender to the fly rod this time but the spinning rod dies hard in you! Nice one!
Browns are invasive over here, yeah. Haha nah, I told the guide before I booked I wanted to do 50/50 fly/spin and he said that was cool
What a beautiful place and the water was so clear. Looked like a great time out there. John seemed like a very cool dude, and so positive in helping you out with casting. Glad you guys had a fun trip overseas. Keep up the great content
Thanks for watching!
wow. I'd guess that was an epic trip. Looks like you had a great guide in a beautiful place.
What a trip to go on you and the wife will never forget . Great job 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Yeah it was amazing trip! Thanks Dan!
What an experience! Congratulations on the PB with the spinning gear! That was a first for the guide. The colder weather comes a lot sooner over there. Great adventure.
Thanks man. It wasn't a PB tho, we measured it at 19.25". Also this was in May
Such a beautiful place and beautiful fish ❤️
Tinnelva in Telemark is the best River for bit trout in Norway. I once saw a young boy hook a 4.5 kilo trount just using a simple worm hook from a river. He had to shout for adult help to get it up.
@@larserikertzgaardringen7426 that's awesome! Thanks for watching
What a beautiful place to fish!
It is! Thanks for watching
Great video, love your content
Hey thanks mat
Great trip. Quality browns and great scenery. How long are you there for? 👍
We were there for 9.5 days back in May
First I wanna say awesome video I love northern euro countries. 2nd, I am also from Illinois, actually from the neoga/Mattoon area lol. I wanted to offer for you to come out and catch your PB large mouth at the country club I work at. You have a video fishing at my childhood fishing spot, won’t say what video because I don’t want anyone to find out. Definitely let me know if you’d be interested, just figured I’d shoot a formal offer
Thank you!!
Sorry you had to fish for weak ass trout but at least they were nice ones 😉
Lmao why the trout hate
@@EngineeringHooksets they're just too soft for me. But damn, I'd fish for em too on that beautiful river.
@@RivermanTV- Well, bass is the most boring fish in the world. So....
you fish bass, lmao
@@knutolabersas5601 At least they don't fight like wet spaghetti in the river ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
