So I went ahead and bought 2 mini bikes mod them and I will pick up a go kart in a couples days (all for less than 3k)... Not everybody can afford or wants to spend 7k to 30k in a side by side or quad. The principal enemy of the go kart factories is the production cost. Thats why 99% of the mini bikes and go karts available now are made in China.

that rear rack wont last long without some additional support, and my engine plate ripped off mine after i put a 20hp stage 4 predator 224 on it with a juggernaut. ill be welding it back together tomorrow.

You'd have to have a welder and be as good as this guy at lining shit up. You can buy a swing arm kit. And if you have a welder and the know how you can install it on anything . So no they wouldn't sell
Lookin good ! At the 8:30 to 9:00 minute mark you can see the chain get loose. You mentioned the rear suspension still wasn't fully compressed also. The more you compress it the looser the chain will get as your swing arm pivot is far away from the jack shaft. I expect when you trail ride it and hit a good hard bump compressing the rear shocks fully that you will kick the chain off. Perhaps not every bump, but expect it to happen. On the next build PLEASE get the swing arm pivot next to the jack shaft pivot. Using the jack shaft as your rear swing arm pivot is best. I have a frame I've been wanting to cut an reweld into a nice suspension bike like this but I want like little bit bigger tires an a big motor on it. I need the Monster Moto original front suspension because I wanted the Monster Moto 212 but they were sold out so I bought the Mega Moto 212 for 100 less brand new but that 100 cost me front suspension front and rear disc brakes and Torque converter! You wouldn’t happen to know were I can get the front suspension since the company went out of business and Coleman wants 191.00 for the front suspension with just the hardware?
if you make the rear fork hinge part in two pieces and mount the jackshaft with its bearings and sprockets in between the pieces using the axle for the hingepoint of the rear fork you whont have any slack in the chain not even if the wheel is straight under or passed the engine it might try to climb the chain and either lift or drop the rear if you add power not sure if it can be done , you still need to connect both halves of the rear fork somehow and make it solid to prevent the fork halves from going up and down independent from eachother and making the rear wheel flop side to side merry christmas to all

Why do you or anyone use a jack shaft. Why not run the chain directly from the engine shaft sprocket to the wheel sprocket on the left and put the disk brake on the right?
Awesome. I watch a lot of your videos I got a good question for you I upgraded my mini bike to a smaller sprocket then what the one that was on it had to change because the teeth were down like crazy but with this new sprocket the teeth are wearing down on it already what's a good sprocket to use that last longer than a month lol

Greg, I used those exact shocks. without a strap or "limiter" on the extension they WILL bust a seal and leak out all the nitrogen. FYI

i have a moto 212 no suspension i occasionally hit a pothole or tree branch at 25mph((i wear a helmet)))

You need to weld a gusset on the seat bar.
I really implore you guys to try and rebuild those shocks. They come from the factory with tons of air in the oil and hardly any air in the resivoir.
