Any car enthusiast no matter what their flavour has to appreciate this beast. It is the fattest Q ever. Nothing ridiculous or over done just super fat super clean. I think alot of people wouldn't understand the 1000s of hours gone into this. 👍👍
I remember seeing pics of this online as it was being built. Hadn’t caught up with the final result but glad I have now! Wow!! What a car!! The craftsmanship is next level. Congrats to all involved, best HQ Monaro I’ve ever seen!!
No words can adequately describe this car......just amazing and an absolute credit to Down Town Customs and all the colaborators. I can only dream of letting these guys free on my own vehicle but if I had the resources I would do it in a heart beat.

Front grill n lights look like America's Hellcat 🤤 normally I'd rather original condition but considering the rust and sheet metal work had to be done anyway, it turned out beautiful 🥹
The quintessential beauty is not lost with this HQ 2-door at another level, that being my favorite Holden model ever made. It is my only real regret for not buying one when I had the chance when I was an apprentice years ago when one came available.

Hq is my favourite Holden, and it was great to see that essentially 2 unsaveable Quies donated the basis for an incredible mind blowing build. Makes me think Holden should have continued the EFIJ theme to the Hq as well. The engine bay, interior are beyond words, and keeping many holden items shows foresight and great planning. Not knocking the grill, it is a beautiful and incredibly great piece of art, although personally would have done a modern take on that original hq recessed style, just to give a bit more homage to the original Australian shape rather than a US chalanger style, just me thinking, nothing more. Thanks for sharing and showing the car and build shop, amazing 👏

Not a fan of the headlights or the tail lights but this thing looks amazing! Some phenomenal builds in the shop. The Australian car scene is ground breaking
to think i once owned one and sold her ...didn't want to but at the time being a young fella with kids and commitments she had to go that was over 20 years and seeing this put a tear in my eye and a lump in me throat im not gonna lie awesome and painful to watch ... the ole 2 door coupe and 57 chev works of art my 2 best ever cars

Just brilliant. I have to say, as a long time Euro car fan (and owner) I've never been impressed with Holdens, Fords or US vehicles (I know, I'll be vilified here!). I did always say to my Holden loving friends that if any of there cars could be seen as well designed it was the HQ (but it would need some modification). This is simply gorgeous... Well done.

It doesn't have a manual transmission, so no, cannot appreciate it by default.
