Greg is adorable ❤ You let him pick his patch and his choice of mower and he gives the classic line "I don't care as long as it works."🤣😂 My kind of guy.
Brilliant job, Tim and Greg! The little details really make the before/after shots amazing. The use of battery mowers really showcases how far they have come. 👍👍
Something about the way you edit these videos turns the sound of the equipment from maddening to calming. You post them late in my time zone, so I've fallen asleep to them more than once. Thanks!
That is nice Greg can enjoy participating in your "wild and crazy" lawn adventures. Noted a small child watching from a window, a change from a cat or maybe a dog. Nice to see the form recovery starting and how the home is beginning to settle back into the neighborhood. I get the impression that you "have to hit the ground running" with lawns there. The rate of growth, the tendency to spread by runners, gives little forgiveness if you fall behind in time for care or equipment breaks. 25:15, you have worked to get the design back and neat, and that front yard is unrecognizable from when you started. Wow, you got the back neat and pleasant as well. (The mowers seem to keep up with the heavy grass, one only quit on a severe grass clump, that I noted, and that could happen with a gas mower as well.) A nice neighborhood boost in the Before and After pictures. Excellent work you two, and thank you to Clarityne for the help with expenses
You are the most particular and meticulous lawn care guy I have ever watched. Showroom ready for a magazine when you are done. That's why I have always liked watching you. I LOVE those metal fences in peoples yard. Here they use that white pvc or wood. Now I want metal. Thanks for another enjoyable video. I have company this weekend. We watched it while eating sausage gravy over biscuits and scrambled eggs.
Thanks for watching! If you like what’s going on here, Subscribing to the channel helps me out massively 🙌 Wait till you see next week’s clean up. Probably the best transformation to date!
How good are you guys! Not just doing the job of knocking it down, but to actually pull out the grass BY HAND in spots where needed. Great effort! I suppose it was actually a great amount of effort given the humidity. Some interesting camera angles this time as well Tim. Great vid.
@ above and beyond as far as I can see, that point where you pulled the grass out from the concrete join, rather than simply line trim it off, that shows you apart from the rest. Well done Tim and Greg
G'day Tim & Greg, Another AWESOME! Job turning a jungle into a lawn. With how often the weather has been changing between Sun & Rain the las couple of weeks I'm surprised the front lawn wasn't Green when you left
I don’t mind my Ryobi 18v, bought it a few years back yo replace my old Victa mower with a B&S engine that I bought in 2015, works decently enough with a 9Ah battery. Bought it because at the time I didn’t have a petrol car, so for 9 months of the year here in the south-west of WA, the petrol would just sit on the shelf since my daily driver is a diesel. The Ryobi works nicely on what little grass I have out back, but struggles on the hairy stuff out the front. Growing grass isn’t easy here, too much sand, bugger all nutrients, requires too much water too, so most of my mowing is in the winter time where the thing really gets a workout with the wet grass. Love your videos and the amazing work you do.
I used to have the greenworks electric mower, very good at tackling most lawns, the only downside is that it was very heavy, but still recommend it. Great work again by you both 👏
I had a Greenworx chainsaw and the plastic threads on the chain oil tank crumbled to bits one winter as I tried to unscrew the cap🤬 It was only a couple years old. Now I just get EGO stuff. Good work Tim, 🇺🇸
Battery is lighter, but I use to like the petrol ones better, I don't have to mow any more, since moving into a property that has lawn mowing included. Greg isn't fussed about which Battery mower,as long as it gets done. You and Greg work very well together. The neighbours will be thinking, that you have taken too much green off,but in fact, that lawn is going to bounce back pretty quickly, with a little help from mother nature. 👋💕from Perth, WA.
only thing I really do diffrent is I would make one pass almost topped out on the mower. I tend to hit anything in the yard if its there Ill find it .. and im currently working on a 60ish " cut rc mower .. and once I get that part finished and working im making it autonomous. getting old sucks I loved mowing my 3 acres now not as much hahaha
GRASS KILLER! 🤣 It’s time to get out the poison ☠️ for those “crack roots”.😎 I’ve been here for more than a minute so I hope Tim knows I’m kidding. When the biggest reveal is a 20 inch high retaining wall, you know there’s been agricultural neglect 🙄🤦♂️😉
Top work boys, i have the ego commercial mower alongside my masport contractor and now give options for depending on the job. For which one i pull out, both have there strong points and very few weak points worth the investment
Hi Tim and Greg, great job wish you would come to the uk and do some free mow Fridays here , think I would be first in the queue for you to come and do my lawn ❤❤❤❤❤
I like my battery tools.. I think that most middleclass homeowners today could switch to battery tools if they want. Runtime is normally plenty for most jobs, and maybe with an extra battery charged for those long days in the garden.. for me Ryobi One+ cover all my needs really
Doesn't take long for the bag falls up by just doing one line especially in long grass like that i end up having to mow my wee lawns every week grows so fast, and takes me a hour as got really bad breathing problems,as cut mow my lawn short as i can
Just wondering whether you use self propelled lawn mowers? If you do how does that work when you pull the lawn mower backwards instead of turning around
Just let go while they were O/S, and probably got to the “too scary” stage when they returned home. We had a grow house just 4 houses away. You would not have picked it. They simply lived downstairs and had the entire top floor set up as grow rooms. Looked like a normal family in a normal 5 bedroom family home until the cops turned up and started dropping 6 foot plants over the balcony and into a waiting truck. Something like 120 plants. House got sold and the new owner had to redo all the gyprock upstairs.
@@Michele_Williams I think the fact the owners were overseas is the reason here. We all know how fast kikuyu grows in summer, since if they were gone 4-5 weeks it could get to the point where they aren’t confident to attack it themselves. Give it a few more weeks of procrastination and this is the result. I work with numerous new Australians who have bought houses in estates like this (some in this very estate) and they are terrified of spiders and snakes. If another neighbour happened to say “you need to cut the grass because snakes will hide in there” it could have scared the crap out of them.
Greg is adorable ❤ You let him pick his patch and his choice of mower and he gives the classic line "I don't care as long as it works."🤣😂 My kind of guy.
The Dynamic duo helping the community once again. Great job guys as usual.👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍🇬🇧
Beautiful neighborhood. Sad to let the lawn get that bad. Great job guys
Excellent job, guys. The battery-operated tools cut through that long grass like butter. ❤ from Queensland

Amazing job Tim and Greg as always 👍
Hi Tim and Greg. Thank you another great job, giving it the " Tim" treatment, to the point of the little bit of the neighbors lawn as well.
Awesome job Tim and Greg.

Good clean job as usual Tim and Greg .💖💯👍

Well done! Loved the way you filmed it so we saw both of you the whole time. 👏
Another excellent job. You and Greg are getting the teamwork down pat.
It takes a bit to get used to working with someone else and filming it all. We are slowly getting there 🙌
What a transformation ❤
Excellent job🙌🙌🙌♥️
Well done 🎉🎉🎉😊.
Top Job, Tim. Almost forgot! Hope alls well, mate.
I really enjoyed the dueling mowers, I could hear the soundtrack of dueling banjoes in the background. Another great job guys.

Straight to bag is my preferred method. More work but I do love the instant result. And totally not practable on some of your lawns haha.
Beautiful job

Love the attention you give to the edging. It really does make a difference ❤❤❤
Another good job finished! Unbelievable the amount of grass you picked up
Top Notch job/video Tim and Greg 😇😇👍🏻💯 BIG shout out to Claratyne 🥰 Have a wonderful day Guys ❤
Battery operated mowers seems to do a great job. Job well done
I love watching you guys are amazing, and you did a beautiful job ❤️ 💜 💗 💖
Nice work & attention to detail was great! 🤓💖🌵

I love it! Awesome to hear
Wonderful job by both of you !!!! Looks fantastic, once it greens up again it will look amazing ✨✨✨✨✨

Great job❤

Great idea testing 2 different branded electric mowers together
bravo👍
What I find funny is you go around that backyard almost twice before he cuts 10 ft 😂😂

Hi Greg 👋🏼
Great job guys! So much grass. There must be something you can do with it. Cattle feed?😮
Think pulling weeds out of gravies must be the worst I Tim u and Greg make it look Awesome
That Kikuyu root pulling was a tad #satisfying !
You always entertain
I LOVE how fastidious and thorough you are Tim. Are you like that with everything you do? 😏

Surely you have a better tool for removing weeds from paving than a pair of scissors!!
Both mowers seem to do pretty well going straight to bag without cutting out in the thick stuff

I was looking at new trailers 25 years ago and they are still there today which says a lot

Question, what is easier and more efficient having the lawnmower charged or having gasoline type
People in the US probably panick about the cut high due to we don’t have Kikuyu in the states. Not that I know of anyways!
Mechid trailers Smithfield 😊
Not yard related but always been curious why other countries have metal fences instead of wood.
I really don't if they run gas(petrol) or electric (battery) as long as they do the job and it looks like a good job which you always do anyway 👍
