- In this video, I will be showing you how to make a Soft Tasty Chapati with an amazing Special Masala Chicken Curry. A lot of people say they struggle to make a nice and soft chapati, using this recipe you will get a soft chapati every single time. I have paired this with a Special Masala Chicken Curry which is a little different to a normal chicken curry. My family love eating this and it tastes so good! I hope you enjoy watching and making the Soft Tasty Chapati with Special Masala Chicken Curry :)
Chapati ingredients :
Atta flour- 2 cups (240g)
Salt
Ghee - 3 teaspoons
Special Masala Chicken Curry :
Chicken - 1kg
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Curry powder - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Yogurt - 5 tablespoons
Oil - around 50 ml
Cardamom pods - 2
Small Cinnamon sticks - 3
Clove - 3
Mustard seeds - ½ teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoons
Dried red chillies - 3
Onion - 1
Some curry leaves
Bay leaves - 2
Tomatoes - 3
Double cream - 3 tablespoons
Green chillies
Some more curry leaves
