Rolls/Mutton rolls / Potato mutton rolls/ Mint tea/ Rolls with mint tea உருழைக்கிழங்கு மட்டன் ரோல்

In this video I will be showing you how to make an amazing mutton role recipe, a lot of people have asked me to make this video. The people who have tried my mutton roles have said that it is one of the BEST mutton roles they have ever tried. The outer crust is nice and crunchy while the inside is soft and tender. The spices in the mutton role don't over power it and they complement the dish very well.
Also I have included a bonus Moroccan style mint tea, which goes incredibly with the mutton role. The mint tea is sweet and refreshing and I strongly believe that you should try making the tea along side the mutton roles. I really hope you enjoy watching the video and try making the mutton roles and mint tea.
Mutton role ingredients:
Mutton - 1kg
Skinless potatoes - 1kg
3 medium sized onions
3 tomatoes
4 green chillies
Oil - 4 tablespoons
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 3 teaspoons
Curry powder - 2 teaspoons
Garam masala - ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1½ teaspoons
Garlic and ginger paste - 2 tablespoon
Coriander
Curry leaves
Bread crumbs - 500g
5 eggs
Moroccan mint tea ingredients:
Water - 1 pint (570 ml)
Handful of mint
2 teabags
Sugar

Thanks for sharing. Living here in USA..I use the rice sheets available in Chinese food stores to make egg rolls. And for health reasons would shallow fry...and at Walmart egg rolls skins are readily available in the organic section. The rice sheets are great as they fry very crisp...Do you have tips for storage? Shelf life ?and reheating tips? I am a food blogger..and add all the three tips... thanks again.
