With a few drops of blood or some saliva - and prices ranging from $250 to $350, some companies say they’ll detect your biological age, the age of your body’s cells, and recommend products to help you live better and longer. NBC’s Vicky Nguyen tries some out for TODAY.

I also did the Elysium test and got a liver age that was 10 years older. I've never been a drinker, but i used to eat a lot of sugar. I liked the recommendations it gave for each system to improve health.
