I have to admit to binge watching this lot of films. Brilliant, gentle and occasionally funny...... ! My son and I are off to Salcombe to teach my ten year old Grandson to sail in the summer. Will make a film about it to send you. Thanks again . Regards Dave Beach
All I can say is well done Cass for sending them decent boat gear. I think we all need the recipe for that soup Dave. Great camera work this wekk love the two person deal- very fancy, Hope your boats are both safe after Eunice tromped through- now you know what I have to deal with in Hurricane season- stay safe xx
All was safe and secure not a shredded piece of canvas or a parted line to be seen although as you can guess that was my boat. we had to stop ff on Indian and fixed some reffing lines flapping dangerously in the breeze -:)
No Pete, letting Dave O take the helm in the Creek is brave. Wife and I have anchored in the Pool inside Hurst, had to put a stern anchor out to stop us swinging into the shallows. Stay safe.
Haha wonderful banter as always. Kass is clearly the channel fave now, you guys can be bought off so cheaply. I’m just thinking of a gift to send you guys so I can boost my ratings on your channel. Cheers guys, Andy UK
Really enjoyed that. Loved the linkage with the ripping of your companionway key routine at the beginning then ‘losing’ the Merc keys at the end. Which just goes to show the importance of getting your ‘key point’ across in a story.😉
Mr Frog, I must say I'm very impressed with the editing in this one, switching between the both of you was a great idea, sailing off the mooring and into Newtown was equally great, well most of it. The Cameo from Josh was wonderful too, definitely the real star of the productions 😁
@@LeeShoresLazyJacksandLunches yes thanks not too bad. I fractured my foot a few weeks ago but only minor. You go careful in Basingstoke, mind you the storm might even tidy the place up 😁
@@fat_tommo_goes_boating ha ha. What are you saying about Basingstoke. Keep pondering whether Induna is storm ready. I think she is but will find out for sure if I get a phone call tomorrow.
@@LeeShoresLazyJacksandLunches I'm sure Induna will be ok. Same as Sex-Sea, nothing either of us can do, so what will be will be. They will be fine and we can use them to tow Cool Runnings off the river bank if necessary. (A bad joke I know, obviously I don't wish any bad on any boat)
Thanks again for the invite. The soup and the welcome were both great. I will confidently expect drone footage in the next one. But what is it about your boats and flies? Cycling back from the jetty. I got a fly in my eye which refused to leave and required a painful visit to the eye clinic the following day. I have just come back from battening down my boat and I hope you have done the same as really bad storms are predicted for Friday.
Funniest video ever. Just loved the glee from Dave R when Dave O ran aground. Just wondering how many skippers you can have on a boat? On board Fleur Elyse, Ian and I take turns to be skipper until mistakes are made and then the mistakee immediately becomes the crew 🤣
We have all forgotten to turn the sea cock on, I now hang my engine key on the handle of the engine freshwater intake if that doesnt remind you i don't know what will. Keep sailing !

Hi Alan, good to hear from you. All is well thanks, we shall be out for a sail on Monday. Been an exceptionally busy few months for one reason or another. Will be taking the camera this week though. Stay safe.
so entertaining as usual, many thanks, fellas.

Yes, every sympathy Fiona. It is reaching max strength right now. We shall find out in a few hours of the mooring lines have parted. Hope all is well.

Ha ha, easily tempted away. One of those mini drones that Hillary should have left us would do it Andy. Though in reality Fiona retains the top spot.

Good spot Norm. I hadn’t noticed the irony of that.

Great as always, seeing Tom Cunliffe tonight on one of his talks, might have to snitch on you two! 😂
Ha ha. Dave and I did some sextant training with Tom a few years ago. We got to within 1/2 mile and he was 10 miles out. Made us all laugh.
