He literally passed several grave sites and markers on this journey. A testament to how difficult it can be. The look on his face in the back of the truck at the end -- pure joy.
Thank you for preserving "the way"! It's like preserving "a step up ladder" for the next generation without any "missing link, or step". Otherwise, I can just fly across the vast land. Or, if I had to stay on land, then I'd use US Force grade gears and materials for the vehicles, and garment styles, not just the GPS, and other navigation systems. And, finding a better way
Not bringing at least a .44 or something is INSANE, but I look forward to watching the rest of the video. What an incredible feat this is, congratulations.
There are so many adventure wilderness TH-cam videos but this one towers above them all in it's account of this young man's epic daring long distance trip & so wonderfully created.
Congratulations! That was such an awesome adventure. I even got a little emotional seeing your journey come to an end. First time viewer, I can’t wait to see other videos.
Must be so weird getting back to normal life. I remember doing 1000km in my kayak . These days will stay with you forever . ❤️. So much risk that never makes the footage. Your passion inspires others . May the force becwith you
Great job brother!! Very impressive. There is NOTHING like being alone in the great outdoors. It's the best medicine/therapy for all that ails us. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thanks for sharing it!
Warm regards from Ukraine. I'm kayak traveller and passionate of kayaks and I have to admit Canadian kayak producers are the Best! The best foldable kayak I ever had is Fathercraft. Love it. Great challenge and adventure, a bit envy you, Man!
I did kayak from Holland to rep. of Moldova. Last part after Danube was Black Sea and then upstream the Dniester to VaduLuiVoda...later on I walked for several months Ukraine and Moldova and Romania. Always nice adventures...
I don't always comment videos, but just wanted to congratulate you on the amazing and beautiful journey. The amount of physical and mental power you must have, it's incredible. Greetings from Bulgaria!
What motivates humans to do such things beyond the common denominator of adventure is fascinating. Some people are trying to accomplish something personally and go about their business quietly. Some go to extremes as a subconscious fight against mortality. And some will go to the ends of the Earth for attention. It's often a mixture of all 3 at varying degrees, and sometimes it's blatantly obvious which it is primarily.
I understand all the actual trip footage, but imagine making a video about yourself and putting all that self-congradulatory nonsense in. It's not like some documentarian decided to try to make him out to be some superhuman mini, who's been saving the planet since childhood. He made this video and decided to put all that fluff in. You went on a canoe expedition, bro. You didn't save 100 people trapped inside a burning building. Relax with the hero worship of yourself.
I understand the trip footage, but imagine making a video about yourself and putting all that self-aggrandizing stuff in. It's not like some independent documentarian tried to make him out to be a superexplorer, who's been saving the planet since childhood. He's the executive producer of this film and integral to the fluff. You went on a canoe expedition, bro. You didn't save 100 people trapped inside a burning building. @@sherpa6071 If I felt the need to advertise my accomplishments to strangers, that wouldn't be a positive thing. That's a sign of vanity and insecurity. That's my point. Would you categorize this kids canoe expedition as doing something great?

Wow! Loved watching this video. I could watch these kind of adventures all day. Your so strong! I look forward to seeing more of your expeditions in the future. Phil from Ohio!
Great video but dude, the person who left their gear there may have died out there while portaging. Their loved ones may forever be wondering where they are.
absolute masterpiece wow, i wish we could have a little insight on the emotional side of this journey, dealing with the solitude and pondering that was endured during this adventure. Amazing film
You are an inspiration. What an exceptional thing to undertake. I will remember this for the rest of my life. Your film making and storytelling are profound. You have an incredible future as a film maker. Thank you so much for this. Wonderful.
QUESTIONS!!Did you fish for fresh meat?I would love to know what one would pack to eat on a adventure like that. Did you ever see anyone else hiking or on the water? Well done, Adam.... this is extraordinarily riveting and shows your courage and determination. The power of positive thinking was evident throughout your trip... thank you for sharing this with your audience. I'll look for your book. Keep well. jan
Wow, amazing journey! The only thing is that you left us hanging at the end without closure and an incomplete post adventure interview. Any reports made or info on the abandoned gear and human remains of those that never made it home and may still be missing?
Read your book, was so good. Now the video comes out, mindblowing! What are you up to next? You are a great example of thinking big and then bigger and then bigger again. Makes my challanges seem easy in comparison, would love to do a adventure with you one day!
That was a magnificent achievement and an indescribable journey. Unfortunately, I personally didn't get enough emotions out of it. Even when you came back Home and see the family again, everything was quite cool. Sometimes it seemed like an advertisement for the canoe. It was an amazing performance!
Yikes, that current where you said it's the slower portion, was scarey as all heck. Be careful brother, Stay Safe please 🙏🙏. Amen Big Jim New Hampshire USA aka Boston Strong
