I totally agree. I would have been wasted before the end of the video if I took a shot every time either one of them rudely interrupted. You'd think JM would have taken that rude behavior into account. But then again, the trainer did guarantee 2 weeks and 2 follow-ups. And she failed to provide that.
Showing up at someone house after hours is not acceptable being we didn’t schedule! The audio that the trainer provided wasn’t evidence that they was disturbing!
First…why didn’t he train the dog? Imma raise my hand 🙋🏾♀️…because he was too busy & hardly home. Second…the dog became confused and possibly overwhelmed because she didn’t know who to listen to. Third…after 2 weeks of being with another person and no family interactions wouldn’t you think the trainer was the dog’s owner? The dog thought so that’s why she solely listened to the trainer.
You have to train your dog yourself if you wanted it to listen to you. Also it's a French bulldog, not known for being the most obedient dogs ☺️. Also excited dogs rarely listen.
He should have never purchased the dog. By his own admission, the kids are with the dog more than him. It appears by her demeanor and threat to get rid of the dog, the wife was not on board with having a dog.
I’m a first time dog owner of an Cane Corso…. Time and dedication is all that’s really needed. People get dogs not remembering a lot of time is required. I post a lot of videos of me training him from 2 months up, if I can do it it’s possible😂
Not necessarily, I adopted a Husky once. The best dog I ever had. Obeyed my commands and would only bark when ordered. Obviously, some must have owned her lived in a no dog allowed apartment before giving her away. But to each their own. Different dog breeds, like humans, have their own behaviors. What works for one breed may not work for another.
They were a bit aggressive showing up at her house unannounced. That wife is a peace work. I encounter "customers" like her and you just have to shut them down. Just loud.
I will never understand people who get dogs as pets but have no desire to train them, even basically, on their own. What is the point? They aren't toys
Exactly. Alot of ppl just want these dogs for the "look" of it but don't want to put the necessary time and patience in to train them. There's also nothing wrong with adopting/rescuing dogs. Definitely can't tell anyone how to spend their money but IMO $3k for a dog is insane as well as $1k for training. 2wks is not enough time to properly train a pup. A good 4-6wks can allow them to get a good foundation. But no trainer can guarantee results. Some dogs are amazing with trainers (essentially strangers), yet will go back being wild when they are at home, where they are comfortable. That is why it's never a 1 time thing. They may get the bulk of their training in a few weeks, but you have to keep doing the training on your own for a good 30mins-1hr a day, several days a week, for a few months. And I don't think they were hostile, I think they were aggressive and very short with her. You can see by their mannerism in court that they are too abrupt and aggressive. No so much the husband, but the wife. If that is how she acts in court, I bet she was way more so in person. You can get a vibe from people when you're talking to them or in front of them.
Um. Y’all are dead wrong. The dog was following the commands of ITS ASSUMED owner. Why would a dog follow commands of someone they don’t assume ownership. It takes time to assume ownership. They were wrong for going to her house on CHRISTMAS EVE. And I feel as tho they wanted the dog to act as a robot. Just as our parents sometimes expected when we were kids and they wanted something done.

I took my puppy to a training camp. As part of the contract, starting the second week, I had to go to the camp and learn the commands she had taught my dog. Training animals should also include training the animal's humans. Training the dog means training the owners and that does not mean telling them the commands the day the dog is either picked up by the parents or dropped of by the trainer. Not saying this about the plaintiffs, but a lot of pet owners get lazy when it comes to consistency with commands.
Old judge should of gave them half the amount.. coming over to peoples house and causing a scene .. those people look like they we’re probably never gonna be happy wit what they got anyways ..

Depending on the type of dog. Not all dogs respond the same. Two weeks wasn't enough for the pup they had and they wasn't there to learn nothing. They truly had unrealistic expectations. The truth is they couldn't really afford it you can tell by how they were acting.

I don’t agree with the outcome of this case AT ALL JM just wasn’t listening the plaintiff wife was nasty and kinda bullying the defendant if you don’t wanna spend 1000 why spend it then harass someone like they don’t know what they are doing typical keeping up with the joneses his wife is so annoying and was over talking him the defendant explained their behavior when they came over made her uncomfortable why would she follow up with them and the expectation of a dog being a robot in that amount of time isn’t realistic he was doing all of that because the wife kept complaining and nagging this case was super annoying
Judge dropped the ball on this as usual
If she would've followed up, plaintiff would have lost the case or case would have been prolonged until after the private sessions
Not really. The defendant should have followed up and did what she said she would do in the private sessions. Instead, she dropped the ball.
@@serious7179Exactly 💯%!! The responsibility fell on the defendant to do her part in adhering to the signed contract. ⚖️
Race thing. Clear as day
Mathis does that from time to time
she shouldve for sure. They also shouldn't have expected that dog to be properly trained in that time span.
