As a non-league of legends player, I absolutely love this show. I personally believe that this is one of the best animated series ever, (second to like, star wars the clone wars and a few others), and definitely the best animated adaptation of any game series, and possibly better than any live action adaptation too. Amazing reactions too from you guys, keep it up! Loving it :D
yeah, just dont get tempted. everything Riot puts out, music videos, this show, their other animated shorts, they are some of the best produced pieces of media, but dont let that trick you. Everyone that plays lol will agree its a bad game and you shouldnt play it, but if you do, it ends up being addicting but self destructive lol.

Now, Viktor realized that he has to do whatever is necessary to keep himself alive and who knows about the transmutation phenomenon better other than that guy. That was the epiphany that Viktor had in that sequence. By the way, that cave scientist isn't a new character. He was the scientist who was working with Silco in Act 1 experimenting on Shimmer before Powder blew it up. He was caught in the fire. That's why his face was covered now. It was partly burned. Also, the mutation that was derived from Rio was the Shimmer. That's why he's being juiced.
The firelights in my opinion are the epitome of swag. One of the things that Arcane absolutely nails is that they show people as being multi-dimensional and relatable. You can empathize even with the "bad guys". Thank you for keeping up the awesome commentary.
