    Love this you make is so much easier than others. I actually have this stamp set. (that doesn't happen often). But while watching this vid, you said you liked the sentiment - I heard " I hope your birthday is 'possum' which totally threw me. Until I got out my stamp set and read the sentiments! LOL pawsome! Even hubbs laughed at that one.

    I also purchased the parklane colored #110lb paper bc the colors are so vibrant and I probably cant afford designer cardstock from LF MFT or Gina K. I dont mind the white core, I just use my memento markers on the edge

    I love this idea. This reminds me of a tou we made with a button and string when I was a kid. I always called it a button yoyo or spinner. Thinking about that made me think something like that would be usable in your cards. May I suggest you try 2 (possibly thinner) strings that are slightly separated. When you twist it, you should get a better spin. I'm not sure it would work, but it might be a nice experiment.

    Been wanting to share this idea with you, I took a page from your playbook. Remember when you did the vidio on glycerin, and the different ways to use it. Well when I have cardstock that I know is going to crack when folded, before I fold it I spray with a mixture of glycerin and water. Let it dry for a bit, then score and fold. The glycerin keeps the cardstock from cracking. I have been doing this since I saw that video months ago. I haven't cracked cardstock since. Pleas share with your audience.

    When you say you stamp several things then sit down and color them at one time, exactly how do you do that? I mean do you take one sheet of card stock and just keep stamping things on it until its full or do you get a smaller piece or card stock that fits A2 card and stamp one thing? Then get another piece to fit card and stamp one thing on that piece. Just trying to figure out how to do what you do. Maybe you could do a short video on that. Thanks

      I fill a sheet with images and color them when I have time or I stamp on scraps but I use all the paper. I just leave enough room around them to be able to cut the out without ruining another image.

      thefrugalcrafter Lindsay Weirich awesome thank you. Wasn’t sure if you would stamp for one card face or what. Doing it the way you said would be easier just have to figure out what to do with them when you’re done

    QUESTION: What dimension is A2? Thanks.

    • @susanjohnson318
      @susanjohnson318 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Think of an 8-1/2 x 11 sheet of cardstock (standard size of paper.)
      The SIZE of the A2 card is half of each of those measurements: 4-1/4 x
      5-1/2. Usually, you would take a piece of cardstock and cut it in
      half. Fold each part in half to make your folded A2 cards. Hope that
      helps.

      @@susanjohnson318 Thank you Susan. That explains it perfectly.
