As a zelda fan I appreciate this place and overlooked the beauty of the ost at first. The activation of the huge waterfall and swimming thousands of feet upwards while viewing hyrule was pure bliss.
One of my fav places in the game. The whole vibe of an ancient forgotten place is so cool to me. The music tells centuries of stories without speaking a single word!
I totally agree tbh, I thought it was strange to how it was a sky dungeon, like I'd expected for each temple to be in different areas but why the water dungeon got to be in the sky as well and not underwater??? Since Fire is underground, Wind is sky (OBVIOUSLY) and Lightning in the desert surface,,, Also yeah, I would have believed Ancient Waterworks would have worked as a dungeon somehow lol I was confused why we had to go underwater, only to make a waterfall gateway to the sky

Shit. It's also the only boss that doesn't drop good monster parts for fusing... Something is just wrong with this dungeon lol but not the music at least
Those parts have been missing in Breath of the wild. Places with secretful music. It makes playing very nice and soothing. It gives feeling finally not to be in rush or danger. Same as at the stables..
When I listen this over and over it let me think about the power of the old Hyrule and it let me miss the story of the Triforce. At least the fragment of power of the triforce let Ganondorf been who he is. Indeed its the most famous game and I enjoy it every time to play also because there are many surprisings in the story. But an ultimate Zelda game is an open world and a story of Link, Zelda, Master Sword and the Triforce. In this game at least the master sword has a big meaning again. In Brreath of the wild it was meaningless. And Link should get back a fairy 🤭😁😁

Maybe this was originally going to be a dungeon but they couldn’t figure out how to get the sludge everywhere in Zora’s domain.

The faint choir amigst the droning ambience makes this sound like the past of these ruins still echoes throughout the caverns to this day.
