We were at the bowl watching this, my partner and I. We are from Norway, and felt we had to pinch each other to be shure we were actually there. Seeing Sparks live at the bowl was amazing. I can imagine many felt the same and in pure joy verbaly shared their excitement. Conversation during shows happens all over the place. Good thing is most people, at least where we are from, will take a hint.
Sorry, but I beg to differ... I went to see Genesis on their final tour. 4 people in front of me in the seats, did nothing but gab on, all through it! I think they were their, just to say they had seen them on their last tour, because the only time they reacted to songs were the "hits" and talked incessantly through classic album tracks!

Why do some people have to have a conversation during a performance? You won't see that in Europe.

Best look at the full band. They tend to be in the dark in most videos.
