    People underestimate the importance of logging. Progression can really be complex. If you say just write your reps. They think that’s easy I will just remember them. I was also like this at the beginning. But now I know that a perfect program with enough rest is nothing if you don’t log your progress.

      Essentially Matt would say as often as you can while recovering enough for your next workout.

    hey matt.. I'm 16 years old... doing dips or pushing with hands close to waist line gives me pain in middle bone in my chest.. is it something I should worry about how to. fix it

      This will disappear after a few weeks of training, so was my personal experience.
