By sleep more it means eat dinner earlier, by the time you go to bed you will be hungry but go to sleep so your body uses stored fats(little) and sleep till you feel energized
@@federicoestebanpeters6954 sure thing: 1- fasting from 9pm till 6:10 pm next day 2- have 1 meal only (two meals maximum) that DOESNT contain rice, or pasta, or bread of any kind 3- start your meal by drinking a bottle of water 3- the day i run (or play football) for 1:30 - 2 hours, i lose 2 kgs next day 4- watch people transformation videos at least one daily to be motivated 5- change ur meals daily, like one day eggs, next day fish, piece of chicken (eat vegetables daily, the more green u eat, the more u lose) *The most important thing is tracking the calories of each piece u eat, if u want to lose weight faster, max no. Of calories will be is 1200 daily. Personally i eat like 300 ~ 400 more or less* Plus: sometimes i use the ‘90 days pf action’ pdf that found it through google But nowadays anymore tbh

This is so true!!! I was getting 4hrs of sleep at one point and the moment I started getting 7, my appetite went right back to normal. I didn’t have the crazy cravings and my calorie naturally reduced itself probably by a good 1k calories if I’m honest. I now very naturally eat a keto style diet, and get a bunch of water in. Sleeping more changed my body!
okay so if I am active 6-7 hours a day and do a heavy workout 1-2 hours a day. and get on a good diet. and drink more water. how much wieght you think I'm losing in 90 days?
I walked 44k steps gained half a kilo lost it thats why I don't do much of no 4 I am the size if 7 year old. Overhydrated. Im very small framed but with what loom liek 3 fat rolls. Id binge eating disorder because of depression. I tracked my urine output realised nothing was coming out. Kilos were retained. Eat 1000 calories most days. The step goal is 50k-60k. The fat I gained led to a cancer scare so I'm beside myself and I hope I lose weight.
Thanks went to gp the digital scales seems to be inaccurate was trying to gain weight slow and steady and digital were suggesting I was gaining rapidly im around 34 kilo rather than 38-39 the digital suggested. I have time to figure out what's going on fortunately as I have medical procedure possibly and want to be reasonably strong for that. I lost 1 and a half kilos this week roughly because of fear of sugar and fat. Cut out too many treats I suppose. Im small framed so survivable.
