I would like to know more about McDonough, Marietta and the top school districts. Thanks

Walton, Lassiter, and Pope high schools are the best in Marietta, and Union Grove and Ola HS are the best in McDonough. McDonough is more affordable than most of the cities mentioned in my video with larger lots. There won't be as many things to do, but it's not far from Atlanta proper. Marietta is a hot bed for small businesses and close to entertainment (Truist Park, Six Flags, etc.), and there's a bit more diversity there. Home prices are a bit higher. Feel free to ask any other questions!

You're welcome! There are safe areas in Lawrenceville, but some parts are not as safe. Everyone has a different interpretation on safety, so I cannot comment further other than saying do your own research on crime mapping websites. As far as diversity goes, Lawrenceville ranks near the top! Being the county seat, the city of Lawrenceville strives to cater to all ethnicities and backgrounds. Hope this helps!

On behalf of Buford, Gwinnett, the metro area, and all of Atlanta: WE FULL. DO NOT COME.
Also, that 27 minute commute time from Lilburn to ATL is only good for 7AM on a Sunday. It's 45 minutes EASY most of the time.
