sorry man been playing fallout since day one and yes it is good but lacks in so much even compared to fallout 76, if fallout 76 was single player it would of been better then fallout 4 but they both suck hard.
ikr imagine someone telling me to refund the game cus they didnt like it... this is the 2nd hater ive seen on my feed and ive no idea why youtube thinks i want to see it.
Ive played Fallout since the first one in 1997. Fallout 4 is great and i love it. Yes New Vegas is better when it comes to dtory and rpg elements but both Fallout 3 and NV are unplayable now with how dated it looks plus they run like crap on newer PCs. If you like exploration more then Fallout 4 is better by leaps and bounds, if you care more about which dialog you can say then play NV.
the problem here is player not the game...if you play the game in a bad way you will hate it but if you do it how you are supossed to to, you will like it a lot.... i have been playing fall out since 2019 and it has been real fun first playtrough not a single mod, after that i lost count how many times i replayed, you can make each playtrough totaly diferent if you want, my advice is, first time no mods, after that go crazy have fun
As a contrasting view, I never noticed the gunplay in FO4 feel at all clunky; in fact, I'd say it felt pretty comparable to the gunplay from what I'd consider the best era of FPS games in sort of 2007-2011 territory. Certainly, it's a major upgrade on FO3/FONV in that regard. It may just be that it doesn't have some of the standard modern developments that have made most of those kinds of games feel a lot faster and lighter-weight?
To be honest, thats a good description; it feels heavy and far from lightweight. I am an avid cod player and comparatively the gun play to that is soo different to me and what i’d consider “clunky”
@@ChevTalks yeah I think it's probably a matter of taste, there's been a clear trend towards faster twitchier gameplay which I'm less of a fan of because it makes individual choices feel less impactful. Def wise to highlight the gunplay though!
The combat is pretty clunky and I felt the game lacked something personally. I spent idk, maybe 300-500 hours on Fallout 3 and NV when I was a kid and found the games more fun. When F4 came out my brother moved in with me for a little and I tried it and could not get very far into the game before I quit as it felt kinda mid. I feel like the big issue is the game engine is not great for shooter games among other issues with the engine. Anyone trying to gaslight people into saying combat does not feel clunky is insaneor they never played games with proper gunplay. Even Skyrim feels better to play (no guns ofc), than F4 with combat IMO. Over the years I gave it another shot and I found it an ok game with plenty of great things about it but it's also full of flaws like clunky combat. Many can be fixed with mods at least to tweak the game to how you like it, sadly they just broke all the mods with the update lol. The exploration and lore is the real reason I like the game personally. Overall I do think the game is worth trying out and playing, you can get the GOTY version pretty cheap fairly often so I recommend people to wait for sales and buy it off greenman gaming nice and cheap or off steam directly if you might want to refund.
fun fact, over 10 years ago my mom saw the screen of skyrim and drew a new design for it, because it felt confusing, clunky and you could not see what was going on. skipping a year, and fallour 4 came out and she did the same. it is not a nice to navigate system, having it be based on the older games. there is just something thats off about it.
My problem with fallout 4 is they bland twist and it not feeling like a true rpg. There were times where i felt as if i had no control over my character or the outcome. But hey. Still like the gameplay. Base buliding isnt for me though. I let my ex do that side of the game for me 😂😂
I thought the show was good, it’s a free game on ps plus.. Goddamn this is a great game- and it just got an update.. we need a Harry Potter or Star Wars game like this. Maybe Harry Potter, the new game is awesome- Star Wars has sucked since rogue 1
Played this since it came out. And I still play today.
Me too. My favorite game.
People hating on Fallout 4 are silly
I played it . Had some fun . But... it is defo the worst fallout from all by far(like not even in the same ballpark - much worse).

I've been playing this game since release. Hating fo4 is madness.

Complains about game play, never uses vats😊
And even showed the animation at the start which explained it
Vats is so lame though and poor gameplay. You would be surprised how many of us refuse to use it at all

I don't think a lot of players will agree with you.
And that is fair! At the end of the dsy we all have our own opinions and impressions about video games :)

How was the map hard to read? Blurry or the green color?
Green colour (i tried all menu colours) and size as well, felt akward but yet again could be me
@@ChevTalks Change the color then noob.

I loved it and have played it many times.
Love that! Glad you enjoyed, it for sure does have many great qualities :)
Only game I have played 100s of times probably more but I lost count...

Since the patch dropped I can't start the game 😄 I have a 176 MB free and the patch is 22MB, I keep getting backed out 😁

No u should not.
