Very informative.... Lot of learning... Lot of respect from 🇮🇳... Here in India we can not register property to new owner without paying tax. There is no amnesty. Penalty for late payment is 400%
Still If you don't pay, u can't sell to another person because his bank will not allow loans.
There is ready record area wise and updated every year (below that rate you can not purchase)

When the basic human personality of a nation is warped, then no one knows what they are doing or where they are going.
We’ve been investing in Pakistan since 1961 only to realise now it was a bottomless pit with no return whatsoever.
    Goodbye Pakistan. The shows over.

    Hello Mr.U .Younis,
    Hello from Mumbai & you guys are having a discussion which is from the middle ages-read the under ;
    1) Mumbai registers 3000 cars daily & petrol is Rs.132/- per litre & diesel is Rs.122/- per litre & all autos & taxis in Mumbai run on CNG since 2013.
Public transport is supreme -the BEST Buses are charging Rs.5/- for 05 km & Rs.6/- for AC Buses & by 2027 all the 10,000 buses run by the Municipality will be AC Electric buses - additional 2100 buses were ordered today and are going to be delivered by end 2022 & LOCAL trains in Mumbai are every 3 minutes & 32% of all trains are now airconditioned + there is 45 km of Metro trains currently & by 2035 the metro trains will reach 237 km.
Pakistan cannot progress unless it has a strong STEM education system which India set up in 1951 your country cannot build steel, cement, power, nuclear, automobile plants, and heavy local industry unless you'll can build, sustain, and maintain a modern economy.
    1) EDUCATION: India decided to build skilled manpower-the 1st IIT was set up in 1956 at IIT Kharagpur & India has 23 IIT Colleges + another 33 more National Institute of Technology institutes since 1951 State universities have produced BTECH Graduates like Narayan Murthy who started INFOSYS which now is a 50 Billion US Dollar company & there are another 100 other non-IIIT and non-NIT UNIVERSITIES since 1947 besides private sector universities like BITS(Pilani) & Manipal & Amity university-btw-Satya NADELLA who is CEO of Microsoft is from Manipal University
    2) State REORGANISATION: in 1956 under a linguistic basis & with English as a link language has spared India from a break up like in Bangladesh and an upcoming break up in Balochistan-as a Pakistani you should study & understand the real power of language, a culture which always trumps RELIGION.
3)AGRICULTURE: India understood that Agriculture is a science -so the 1st central Agricultural university was started in 1960 & in 2022 there are 33 state agricultural universities + 05 central agricultural universities + there were Fertilizer Plants, Water Management, New Seeds, Soil Science, Water Science, etc -this is why the agricultural sector is doing well in 2022 & in time to come will be better
Of course, as an experienced TH-camr, you surely know more than me.

I would disagree on the last point. Its not just self interest which is the problem but utter stupidity.
In a growing economy the rich and the political class benefit the most. Today's China;'s CCP leaders have reaped in enormous wealth due to the high growth in China's economy.
Corruption alone is not the problem, its a lack of vision & continuous mediocrity which is hampering growth.

Economy is a very huge subject, without considering international relations you can never get a full picture of a countries economic future. Unlike 2011, in 2022 West is not friendly towards pakistan and has a very little intrest in Pakistan.
On the other hand West has come closer to India like never before. And India's one of few priorities is to scr3w pk. So it's going to get worse. Closeness with China is also another reason to worry for pakistan because China would love to see pkstan struggling, the more it struggles more easier it gets for China to control pk.

Indian here, I don't understand why this keeps happening in Pakistan cyclically every few years.
There is a trade deficit which causes this - so every year Pakistan loses a certain % of its currency compared to USD (this is true for India as well, even we lose a small % to USD every year). But then why does the problem reach critical stage every few years in Pakistan?
If you let your currency devalue - that should restore the trade balance right? I have a feeling, even after devaluation Pakistan just doesn't have the goods and services to export to meet the trade deficit - and this is the root of the issue.
23:05 - ah, I think my question was answered here 👍 thanks

      Greetings from Mumbai India
Everyone invests in the future & as per Climate Change 1992 -UN Report -pages 168 to pages 172 around *73% of Bangladesh Land area will be UNDER SEA by 2049 & around 59% of all cultivate land will be lost.
Also *98% of raw cotton for garments is imported mostly from India* & with various free trade agreements India has signed with U. A. E. & Australia & Upcoming agreements with UK. Canada, USA -the export of raw cotton is expected to drop 80% from India from 2026 onwards
Factor the above 02 points when you look at Bangladesh in the near. medium future
