Brighton based band The Big Push are comprised of songwriting trio Ren, Romain Axisa and Gorran Kendall. Drawing elements from classic brit-bands like The Beatles or The Police, they craft their clever modern arrangements into insanely catchy pop tunes. The three met drummer Glenn Chambers busking, and formed as a band in the vibrant seaside town of Brighton. Coming from four fairly different backgrounds, they have managed to create a tasteful and original sound.
Over the last year the boys have created quite a buzz both nationally and to more worldwide acclaim, accumulating hundreds of thousands of views on viral music videos across social media.

BTW, Ren said in many of his interview's that a future get together by the band for a reunion or project would be something he'd be interested in because he loves all his band mates and the music they made. So we still have hope for the future as long as Ren recovers his health, he's going to need all his strength now that his music and popularity is blowing up. 😁❤

Ren fell ill and his health began to decline before the age of 20. By the age of 21 he was practically bed ridden, miss-diagnosed with ME and a load of mental disorders and went on being prescribed a multitude of antipsychotics all the more making him worse. Before all this he was in the band/duo Trick The Fox and discovered and signed by Sony and was a student at Bath University for the Arts. When he fell ill he in turn lost all of it, the band broke up, the deal with Sony gone and he couldn't attend his classes and dropped out of Uni. After years of this physical tournament Ren was finally diagnosed properly by a doctor in Belgium or Brussels, I can't for the life of me remember at this moment. An American doctor in L.A heard Ren story and knew he could help out Ren because he owned a Stem Cell Clinic and offered him free 1st stem cell treatment, he just had to make his own way to L.A. When he returned to the UK the treatment began to work and slowly he began to reclaim his life. He got his second stem cell treatment in Europe because the doctor in L.A had to close his clinic and Ren could manage his life on his own after that.
The Big Push was formed starting with Ren and Romain Axisa because Romain; the Frenchman, answered Ren's advert for an available room to rent in his flat. Gorran Kendall and drummer Glenn Chambers joined after meeting each other busking in Brighton as well. The band broke up last year on good terms & all the members are still great friends, unfortunately life sometimes shifts and everyone had to go on there separate ways. Romain and Gorran are still independent artist and Glenn got married and had a family and is no longer a full time musician. One of the main reasons the band had to move on at the height of their popularity, was because of Rens health. After years of the Lyme going untreated; not to mention the harmful meds he was needlessly taking, the disease damaged his body, immune system, and brain. For Ren to have a chance at a full and as close to a normal life as possible, he needed to come and get treatment by a specialist in Canada. What was supposed to be 3 to 6 month treatment is now looking like 9 to 12 months due to further medical discovery's and added + extended treatments.
Now you have a time line Idea of Ren's sickness, diagnosis, treatments and where the different moments of his musical career fits into the past 13 years. Cheers!.

Unlucky that your premiere starts the same time as stage 2 of Ren's Money Game goes online. I'll watch your reaction later tonight. Don't be disappointed if the Renegades don't show up in troves for the premiere. You got strong competition from the master himself.

The Big Push was formed in 2017 they broke up in a 2022 because of Ren going to Canada for treatment for a year Ren is 33 He is stilling going through treatment for his illness I think he was 17-19 when he first got sick ( He was in his first band “ Trick The Fox “ also on youtube ) Trick the Fox broke up because of Ren’s health and he was bedridden after he had stem cell treatments surgery he was able to start making music again ,,, busking ( street performance ) solo band and duo with other artist ) but he has been making music and videos during and around his health and treatments We all are hoping one day the Big Push will reunite the band Ren and Romain (guitar player ) said they would love to play together again Ren said they parted with love and no fighting
