The simple explanation is that he built a super soaker. Two water tanks that he pressurized and then release. With a few edits to make it seem like it is running for longer, then it can.
It looks like it works on the same principle as an old fashioned hand pump. The question is, did it retain the suction after the valve was closed? If so, for how long. Would it work on a shallow well and retain pressure? I've seen many different approaches to this. However, these questions remain unanswered. Great job. Best I've seen yet!

It has a one way valve (the black one in the river side). You increase pressure in two big tubes. The black valve doesn't let to leak pressure to the river and in the other side the blue valve is close. When you open the blue valve pressure of the gas forced the water in the tubes toward exit. You're half the ways there. You can create a venture valve at the inlet or you can go with a ram jet design and then you wouldnt have to use the air pump unless you want to combine the air with the ramjet design to create more pressure.
Interesting that he didn’t run it long enough to push out more water than he poured in. To get a siphon the intake pipe would have to be full of water to start with. The air pressure in the 2 tanks would keep the one way valve closed and just push out the water he poured in.
There was an unsustainable pressure flow and when turned off, there was still pressure at the inlet valve. The leaks revealed the flaw. This would not function for more than the time it took to pull the air out. It's missing an element as "free" in this case doesn't reveal "it's truth"

Just stupid. It wont suck up a drop of water from the stream against a pressuriced container. The only water that coms out is the water its pre filled with.
I think it works like an ordinary manual or battery operated sprayer. You need to pump it regularly to have pressure to push the water out from the water tank.
Just grab a hose put one end in the creek and suck on the other to create the vacuum necessary for the transfer of water. This will do exactly the same thing.
The pressed air will provide the pressured water till the pressure output along with the water is gone, no perpetual possibilities here, the air will be gone along with the water, so this is temporarely, the energy created is equal to the energy is added (pressed air) simple !

И увеличит высоту столба поднятия жидкости .просто поставить устройство один гад другим. Из материала, по прочнее. 😊.
One tank is under pressure, the other has a split-flow-path of 2 sizes. That it? Perpetual flow by that? How? Why? Can you explain? You obviously seem to know, or you couldn't get the perpetual effect even without magnets and spirals?! Please teach me how it works.
Waterwheels that run by flow of stream water were invented and in use for at least thousand years ago. They are simple to built and last long with minimum care.
Pretty sure this is simply locally ie nationally produced pvc meant for low pressure plumbing waste line. What it isn't is electrical conduit first of all the pipe's wall is way too thin for it to be effective electrical conduit most especially at that diameter assuming you aren't pulling more than 10 #12 conductors through it for example. The manufacturer is Adequa(a manufacturer from Spain), it is also clearly says evacuacion which literally in English means evacuation therefore it is plumbing waste line.

Looks great project but once the air pressure in the chamber drops so will the water stream so it would not run that long!
Water finds its own level. Therefore it only works till the air pressure pumped in balances out.

The Romans solved this using a 'roman concrete' Archimedes screw under pressure at the lowest point in the water. And it's still working today.
Surely that was just the three bottles of water that were put into the system coming out under pressure and nothing from the river
