Italy as a country always have something more than any other. My favorite place to visit.
I visited Taormina in 1972 & again in 1973 when I was in the U.S.Navy on both of my Mediterranean cruises. It was my most favorite of all Italian cities because of the Mountain View’s, friendly people, the beach & where I ate the best pizza in my life. I enjoyed walking there.
It's simply dreamy
Italy 🇮🇹 is my favourite place ever. Ever 🇮🇹🇩🇪
And for ever more ....me too🇮🇹🇩🇪
Touristy spots are touristy for a reason-because they are exceptionally beautiful or unique!! I always include them in my travels but typically when it is off season.
What a beautiful video. Pasta ala Norma is my favourite and that one looked delicious
That Theater was built in 301 BC, that stone touched by Jessi has been there for 2.324 years, among mountains overlooking the sea, with the Etna volcano in front and a wonderful coast with picturesque villages...............10 euros are not enough for such beauty and uniqueness.🤨
The daughter in the pastry shop, one beautiful Italian young lady.
Once you go to Italy you are hooked. Looking forward to returning soon and be assured that bam bar pastry shop is on my list.
This Town was also in the series The white lotus (season 2), It was beautiful in the series too, would love to go one day, greetings from the Netherlands ❤
Love ❤️ LOVE Sicily and Taormina!! One of my favorite places.
Was in Taormina, for two days with my wife and daughter, and we became fans of the city and Sicily.🇮🇹🇩🇰😀
I liked Sicily too. The biggest surprise was the length of the season (March-November) and locals telling me to avoid visiting in July-August, because of the heat.
I can’t believe how beautiful this little town is. I have to visit Taormina someday.😍
I'm so in love with Sicily ❤
It is so calming watching the two of you on your travel vlogs. I can feel my resting heart rate drop waaay down. 🙂🙃 I never had Sicily on my travel list but I guess I’ll add Taormina now.
This vlog was SO beautiful, always love your expression of passion & love for all you record!🥰💚🤍❤️
Thank you so much!! We really appreciate that!
❤❤❤❤wow this is by far my most favorite of your videos!! I actually started crying because my grandmother was from Sicily and she always wanted me to go there with her but we never got to …I lost her in 2001 and I miss her terribly 😢 she would have loved your videos! Thank you for sharing this one!!
I love Taormina ❤ it’s just so beautiful in spite of all the tourists!! You simply cannot leave without a bag of delicious marzipan 😋
So beautiful thank you for letting me enjoy
Glad you enjoyed it
My beautiful Sicily I miss you so much, I lived in Taormina for 10 years and I miss it every day, this video broke my heart 😢❤
Where do you live now ???
@@ajayfacts81 I am back home in England 🏴 which I love but Sicily grabs your heart and never let's go, I've been home 3 years and I still miss her every day
That place is amazing and the people are so beautiful inside and out thank you guys for sharing
Thank you ❤
Gorgeous, thank you for sharing 🙏
Thanks for watching!
The style and coloring of Jessi's dress is so perfect for frolicking around a picturesque Italian city 🤗 This video was lovely!!!
I also noticed the dress. I am not a fan of jeans, trainers and baseball caps. There are too many colours and other fabrics to choose from.
Mark Knopfler wrote a song about it... The lights of Taormina... Sweet song!
I love it
@@ThePasinis 👍 👍 ENJOY!
Looks absolutely beautiful, love the vibe, food, desserts and the sweet people. Glad your having an amazing time.
Your linking to the past via the brick is totally understandable…it’s fascinating to bring history to such a personal level…👍🇦🇺
I just watched all your Sicilian videos! They are amazing. I felt in love with the area and both of you. Thank you so much 😊
Love it. Some of the most beautiful waters Ive ever visited were the Ionian sea, the Aegean sea,
the Med, and the Carribean Seas. It is indescribable. I dont know why I ever came home…
The most beautifulsu set Ive ever seen was when I was in Corfu…same ocean as Taormina..🥰
Mar Mediterraneo
I am looking for somewhere beautiful to go for my honeymoon in July, thankyou for sharing, I think I can finally stop looking, you have sold Taormina to me, love all your videos, beautiful couple x
What an amazing place. Grazie mile!!! Sicilia bedda🫒🐑🍅
Grazie a te per essere qui con noi
I. NEED. TO. VISIT. TAORMINA. Thank you for this lovely vlog!
Secret is quality ingredients and of course, the extra love put into it ❤ Beautiful people, leaving with full tummies and hearts. Amazing video! 😍
Majestic looking! I was in Sicily last June 🇮🇹
Hope you absolutely loved your trip there! Where all did you go?
@@ThePasinis started in Catania, Syracusa, Ragusa, Agrigento,Trapini and Palmero. It was a 7 day trip wherein beforehand I spent 2 days in Napoli.
@@annatomasso5226I live outside Syracusa's sister city in the United States, Syracuse, NY. So happy for you that you were blessed to do all that traveling. Wonderful. My Mother's best friends parents were from Sicily, so we always enjoyed wonderful food when at their home. Happy future travels!
@@carolynturk-hu7je What a wonderful coincidence. I live in Monroe County, NY
@@annatomasso5226 Life is full of coincidences isn't it! Yes, native New York State Resident with my son being the 4th generation from my paternal Grandmother's side(her parents came from Germany). They settled in Syracuse. Do you get to Syracuse to have food in our "Little Italy"?

Absolutely stunning and you made a great vlog! I cannot wait to go 🙂
I live about 3 hours west of Taormina and have been there a few times since moving to Sicily. Everytime we go it's magical and always discovering something new.
I've been there 🤍 oh, bful. A must see place!
Obrigada de coração por este excelente vídeo fantástico sobre taormina
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
This is now my favorite vid of yours❤ cannot wait to eat my way thru Sicily
You guys always have fun clips 👍
You guys amazing and so is Taormina. you guys made me salivating while watching you guys eating italian desert.😊
Beautiful Italy ❤
Great timing for the videos. I've been wanting to go back to Sicily since the last time I went, I spent most the time on the island of Marettimo where my mom grew up. While I loved it, I only got to saw it there, Trapani, and Erice. Now I want to go back and do Taormina, Catania, and Noto which I know is your next stop.
With all you are both dealing with, just want to thank you for sharing your videos, they are interesting and heartfelt and caring , and honestly we all deal with problems but you are helping other couples by sharing your experiences, and helping others like me , by visiting places I will never get to go, I have watched you both for a while and enjoy so much the way you interact with each other and are playful and yet so caring of each other. God bless and I pray for you and others, that your lives are full and with compassion and happiness on the whole. Thank you
Aaah! I love Taormina! I’ve been there previous month and its like a fairy tale everything looks so nice!! Sicily 😍 in love with everything that’s Italy lol
I love the expressions on your faces when you try the food )))
Beautiful! My family is from Sicily. It's on my bucket list to visit! This will definitely be a stop!
This was one of the best videos. I’m planning on several trips after I retire in a few years. High on my list is Italy. One of the trips I was considering is a Malta and Sicily trip. Now that I’ve seen your Sicily videos, it’s decided, I’m doing the Malta and Sicily trip. Taormina is beautiful and one of the places on the itinerary. I wrote down the Bam Bar and Pasticceria Minotaura in my planning guide so I don’t forget. The granite and the pastries look like they are to die for. The trip also includes a trip to Tunisia (Tunis, Kairouan, Carthage). It will be extremely difficult to wait the 4 years before I can retire. I have 10-12 trips to Europe that I want to take. The other Italy trip is the Amalfi Coast and Tuscany plus Rome and Venice. Please keep the videos coming plus all the helpful tips like don’t visit Italy in August and the best off season times in order to avoid the crowds of tourists. It’s a lot more expensive to travel to Europe when you’re traveling from California on the West coast as opposed to the East coast of America. You have to plan a lot more and the airfare is more. Your videos are very helpful. Thanks.
my family came from Taormina! God Bless!
Per favore, we need a video of exploring Ortigia e Siracusa! We’ll be there at the end of the month. Loved the Instagram sandwich tip! Planning to follow in you footsteps across Sicily, molto grazie!!
❤ thank you for this amazing video, much Aroha from New Zealand.
Beautiful ❤❤❤
Amazing! I still haven't tried granita, but that looks like the place to try it. I hope to get there soon!
One of my favourite city to visit in Italy ❤
I finally made it to Taormina, and yes, the view of Etna from the square is stunning. Also, Bam Bar really has superb granitas - the strawberries are from Maletto, pistachios from Bronte. The almond+coffee granita, with or without panna, is beautifully balanced, and any of the fruit flavors are pure tasting. The cannoli in town have a different ricotta filling than in Catania. It’s smoother and thicker, and less sweet. OTOH, if you are in Catania, Panificio San Placido has my favorite cannoli in Catania, made to order and dusted with just cinnamon. They also have great fig “newtons”, baby fig or chocolate panettone, and chocolate panzerotti. Cesare Gialdi has my favorite French style pastries, but Pane del Sole has a chocolate+hazelnut cake to die for.
The expressions on both of your faces says it all when tasting sweets in Taormina is priceless Jessi is in heaven😇 glad both of your are enjoying your time.
Headed to Taormina for our honeymoon in June. What is the hotel? Thanks! Can’t wait to try to granite!
Beautiful! The most beautiful? Depends on what you are looking for
Bravo! Grazie! I love Jessi's dress!
Loved Taromina was there in 2013 some day I would love to go back. The altar in that church in the main square is stunning.
We would love to go back there!!!
Love this!
Beautiful place, best cannoli I've ever ate.
you guys are driving me crazy i need to visit Taormina now
We were there in June , beautiful place ! worst heat ever ! You guys are in the best month to visit. We need to go back , but in Sept or Oct . Next year we are doing Iceland for a 10 day cruise on the NCL Prima in June . Thanks for the great videos ❤
Awesome!
you guys are a amazing. and i wish i was there too.
Loved watching you eat with such joy. Plus, the rest of Taormina looked wonderful too. Could you put links for the places you visited. BarBam was one but the others… Grazie mille
We’re here for a few weeks, so we need to rewatch for research. 😂 It’s so beautiful here. We were just in Sulmona for a couple months, so it is quite a different vibe.
I’m was there in 2009… gorgeous 🩵 so true, the art is so impressive! The food is of course exceptional- I haven’t had good arancini since leaving Italy 🥺
I loved when you touched the brick and connected to the thought of the person who help build that wall. I do the same thing. As much as I enjoyed the entire video, this was the best moment for me. I'm a weirdo too. But that's what makes us most interesting.
I think you guys got married at the same time my husband and I did- 4 years and six months ago (October 2019)! I love these videos you guys make about traveling through Italy because we want to go some day! You guys are the sweetest couple.
I was there just two weeks ago :D If only i had known you made a video about it :D
Jessi, you're not odd at all, in that you connect with the history of a place. I'm the same way, I too, touch something and feel connected with the person who made it ... we were in Italy for the first time last spring and fell in love! Especially Bergamo and Cremona!
Bergamo e Cremona??in Italia c è di meglio, molto meglio
I am a musician so Cremona was special. Was able to hear a live performance on one of the Stradivarius violins. @@francescograziano1819
Taormina has to many tourists and for me what I loved the most was the greek theatre. Actually wasn't the city I liked the most. Loved the granita ❤ Loved Sicily!
Tower Mina 🤣🤣 is unique and beautiful!!!! Nothing else to add!!
Love your channel 👍
Thanks so much!
Quante cose buone!!!!
Love ur dress!!!
Bel Video !!!
I’m going to go live there you make me jealous😂❤
Omg!!!!! The food and all the artwork look absolutely spectacular 😍 👌 😀 😋
So much beauty and all the best food! Doesn’t get better than that! 😍
Looks like a wonderful place. Would like to see countries other than Italy.
As a single senior woman, that city appeared to be very safe. Looked a lot nicer AND cleaner than many of the Italian cities up north that I had visited. Love your adventures.
We retired in Italy from the US. You should visit the smaller northern cities if you return Treviso, Vicenza, Peschiera del garda, Malcesine, Abano Terme, Modena, San Candido…..beautiful
@@DANIELJRAINEY Gracie mille.
Lived in Sicily near Comiso yes there was many tourist there evenn decades ago when I was there considered moving back there wish I had done it
I'm wondering if that balcony at 00:09 is the most TH-camd in Italy.
Liked Taormina, but the beer was very expensive.
Nice video.
The country side is beautiful! We always love your videos!
Any sightings of the mafia, lol? Sorry, when I saw the heads, "gods" and sun symbol.
Sorry, this beautiful video has that pretty song, who sings it? You both are awesome, you both make me laugh when I am taking a break from work to watch and your videos about your journey to a baby are just so touching and lovely. Thank you!!!
The soundtrack is absolutely gorgeous!
It's a shame they weren't playing any Allman Brothers though : )
Thank you!!
@@ThePasinis No, thank you for the beautiful video!
