It’s a cool new feature, I do find it weird though that you have to be around other people’s WiFi. I can find 10 from inside my house, really hoping the tama’s attached to each WiFi change every day 🤞

It's the Overly Clear Art that you're thinking of. 😊 From my observations, it looks like the device is detecting WiFi signals, and without actually using the in a typical way, they just "notice" them and enable the Search. I've also noticed that other people experience the Restart when searching. (I've not tried it myself yet as my Uni is in hibernation.) Hopefully, Bandai will fix the restarting search function. 😊
Mine is restarting too during the search. That's a little annoying because if you got new stickers but don't quit before it restart, you lose them because they where not saved yet. I hope they will fix it.
