Carmeets have become so bad to go to, not sure if its a Cali thing or it has just become bad all around, but i feel like things had to be said. I went to a car meet a week ago it was pretty peaceful so that’s good :D
I was at a loud car meet under a parking garage one night where a parent with a baby way too young to talk was there and people were revving their loud ass cars, like, loud enough to be shaking the area around you, and the fuckin baby was completely entirely non reactive at all.. like she was used to it already. It blew my mind. True story.
haven't gone to a car meet ever in my life just bike meets where every one is chill no revving just good bikes the meet lasts only about 20 minute's max 😂

I went to a car meet and saw a 2012 bone-stock Mitsubishi mirage at a car meet. The only mod it had was a Flow master super 10 mufflers, and he was revving that crapcan so loud I went back into a nearby bar less than 10ft from the annoying Mirage which kept revving for like 20mins before his dumb behind ran out of gas. 😂😂

i went to this car meet a couple weeks ago and it was a biker group, i remember hearing a hellcat doing a pull when he was leaving, but as he was doing that, across the parking lot was 2 bikers revving. probably the loudest bikes i’ve ever heard

I went to a meet when i was 7 called touch a truck. It was for big trucks and tractors and your allowed to touch them. There was a tow matter builed and the guy let me sit in it and he reved it. W guy fr

1 of 1 build does exist, and the majority are tuner cars like smokey iconic supras. Personally, to claim 1 of 1, your car has to a full build that hadn't been done beforehand and can't be copied overnight and takes major modifications to be done.

Also a one of one in my book is if it has either a custom widebody, or it looks too different from the original car (in a good way) to be copied. Example: RONIN RS211. it looks different from the lotus that it’s based on. (And it’s the fastest lotus ever aswell as being for sale :p)

i went to a cars and coffee the other day and half of them were bone stock
I met a 1 of 1 guy last week. Worst guy every, though he had a charger jailbreak which is cool but he painted a mural on the car and designed it after joker. sounds cool until he ropes off the entire car and blocks 4 spaces to do so. I get its nice but don't go to meets if you don't want people getting close is what i think.
Now doing that at a private closed show makes sense but a night time tuner meet with clapped out civics and vqs and some clean ones isn't the best place lol
Thankfully car meets in Singapore are a lot more chill. There are laws in Singapore that make it illegal to do this type shit, people would complain that these laws don’t make it fun to have a car in Singapore, but they are opening a Porsche Center with a full on track. Singapore is slowly turning into a car haven.
