  • In this episode of “Letting Go & The Greatest Secret,” Francis Lucille describes the beautiful garden that is our true nature. He helps us see the belief that our true nature is somehow dependent on our human body/mind creates our misery.
He has a delightful way of describing truth and inviting us to have it become our living experience. Francis Lucille transmits the ancient teaching of nonduality, which is the common ground of Advaita Vedanta, Ch’an Buddhism, Zen, Taoism and Sufism. Francis has written 3 books, “Eternity Now,” “Truth Love Beauty,” and “The Perfume of Silence.” Connect with Francis at FrancisLucille.com.
Hale Dwoskin is the author of the New York Times best seller "The Sedona Method" and the coauthor of "Happiness Is Free: And It’s Easier Than You Think" with Lester Levenson. He has been helping people let go and discover their true nature since 1976. He is also one of the featured teachers in Rhonda Byrne’s book and movie phenomenon "The Secret" as well as a featured teacher in "The Greatest Secret." Plus, hearing such an awakened soul say "party pooper" with such a heavy French accent is a massive bonus! LOVE this!

I cried in several points. The first one after 20 minutes when I realized I was reading it in Spanish! I found this podcast today and incredibly lucky it is also in my mother language. Thank you! ❤

What I enjoy about Francis, is his forthrightness. He is not trying to sell anything, not trying to convince anyone that they will get material rewards by following his teachings. His intellect is extraordinary, and he uses it to uncover the truth. So many spiritual teachers get lost in the silliness of books like the 'The Secret' and try to hook people in by promising love and riches to people who follow them. This is harmful and betrays the teaching.

I love and trust teachers who tell the students that we are infinite and as such, will ALWAYS find our way to awareness and that which we are. The TRUTH is awareness to which we ALL have immediate access. Thanks, Hale, you are an amazing Truth Steward and a stellar human. Thank you for furthering the work. OXO

I appreciate Francis perspective but I struggle to agree with his assertion that awareness is not dependent on the brain. It’s pretty obvious that if someone hits me over the head, I black out. If I were to experience brain death, my awareness would go. If I sleep, my awareness is gone. Not sure what one could do to change this perception…

I think we are reacting to pictures and not objects,, although for awareness images are also objects, but that's why we can feel happy long before we actually live in the house that we mistakenly believe will make us happy.
And this is obviously true for all the images which are generating misfortune and pain to come.
This is why the identification with these images creates what happens in our lives, and makes the desire or the fear always stronger than getting the object of this desire or the thing that scare us. A image in itself has no power.
    Man is all imagination.
    Happiness is for children.
    Know thyself

The spirit he talks about is not an object. It is formless.

We must learn to disobjectify from our psychophysical self and burn away all that is not real in order to achieve the understanding of who we truly are... Plotinus had the deepest understanding of all the philosophers... Unfortunately, retroductive logic has been mostly lost...
