Throbbing headache, sneezing, aching muscles, chills, sore throat is apparently happening and if this is freedom then freedom sucks! It's been seen qnd experienced there is no I here but something is connected to this body. I accept that this is what's arising but in this experience it certainly feels as if there is a Bound something. 😢
Freedom doesn't mean that there will never be sensations/symptoms. It's not a failure that there is experiencing of sensations/symptoms. And seeing through separation and the I, me, my, mine doesn't mean that taking care of the apparent body and its sensations/symptoms is wrong.

Just commenting that here when physical sensations take over physical abilities there is an experience here that it's happening to a bound something as it does seemingly or apparently create restrictions in capabilities, energy and movement. Seen and experienced no "person" or identity here. There is awareness of accepting whatever is arising yet seem unable to stay in non dual Beingness when in strong physical pain. 💞🙏
Yes true, when the body is not well it is extremely difficult to experience boundlessness. That might be part of the process as well, because without boundaries boundlessness has no meaning. We go through limitations to realize our limitlessness.
