That was really nice and also good public relations of the WRS to give you a gift, a 50% discount in the gift shop and a free drink. 👍💯 You are right that they treat their customers well. The first time I went to Mexico with a group of international students from my university I was willing to pay the full price in the markets to buy souvenirs. Luckily, a German friend saw what I was doing and started bargaining for me. He laughed and said that he knew most Americans are unfamiliar with the technique of bargaining and that the shop owners were so happy to sell their products to us big dummies! 🤣. Bargaining is really a skill and for people who aren't used to it in their own countries it takes quite some time to learn how to do it successfully. When I get back to Singapore in the future( I pray) you can be sure I am going to hope that you can have a "meet and greet" for some of your subscribers and I can beg you to be my "bargaining expert" !
