    Pop up toilet is good for emergencies and don’t take up much space, only problem is the smell so make sure you park near some good bins lol.

    Very interesting and informative., thank you for the video. Just wondering if you did all the work on the van conversion (including the electrics) and how long did it take (any chance for costs as well to give people an indication...). Overall great tips to look out for!

      Thank you :)
      The complete build took me 4 weeks to complete, I did everything myself including the electrics.
      Sure, I’ll put together a price breakdown video in the next few weeks 👍🏽
      Thanks for watching

    Going forward, I wouldn't build a hotel on wheels. I live in a very earthquake prone prone country, so I like to keep keep things simple and light - and my next van build is more focused on overlanding and camping. Essentially it's a metal tent, not a tiny home

      I think you might be onto something with that in all honesty. Overloading is cool, are you thinking of doing a defender conversion? I’d be interested to hear about it!

    If you’re here procrastinating building your van because you want to make it perfect, just build it! (You’re going to rebuild it eventually anyways)

      Later in the week pal.
      I'm way behind on quite a lot.
      I watch all I'm subbed too, it can take ages. Some up 45-1 hour that's too much sometimes for me to keep up with. You probably had a fun over paint it, no don't paint it😂👍

    • @Convert_and_explore
      @Convert_and_explore  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah that sounds very time consuming! Haha that’s exactly how it happened! she wanted paint and I didn’t, so we compromised and went for paint 🤣

      I noticed though you said on the next van just wood😉
      You hoping to sell and change it this year?

    It looks like SWB. My one is MWB, and it's longer than that.

    • @Convert_and_explore
      @Convert_and_explore  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      A couple of people have said this in the past, I’ts L2 H3.. is that SWB or MWB? I’m so confused 🤣

    Would it be possible to build a bed that was half the length you need it stern to bow and then have the other half slide out to make it long enough? Then the bed wouldn’t hog so much space until u need it ..this is what I would like to do . That and dedicate much less space to a kitchen . Note : would not be a full time van life vehicle. Just get aways 4-6 months a year

    Is the normal hight transit custom the same width as your van ?

    • @Convert_and_explore
      @Convert_and_explore  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I just had a look on Google and the H2 and H3 all have the same width dimensions. The transit custom will be narrower though
