@Chilled To The Core Something is wrong with you or either you are very, very speculative to the point where just of sheer emotion and expression and tone of a person you judge how they feel or how sincere they are. And have tested it in various experiments.

He is incredibly, vividly descriptive of what he's feeling, tasting, and suffering through. It's a testament to how his brain functions, that he can continue to do that while eating all these wings. Perhaps for me, most impressive as compared to other guests, is that he seems to be genuinely hungry during this interview. He eats most of the meat from the majority of the wings. Everyone else, by and large, only takes a bit or sometimes two - other than Paul Rudd, who ate the entirety of every one of his cauliflower wings.

It's also a delight to see how Sean's interviews stand out and are often recognized for their research and good questions! So proud. :')
It's a great show, but the heat is definitely no joke. I'm sure the spice has deterred a lot of A-list guests from coming on. My body rejected it and literally had me puking for 30 minutes after. There's probably guests who would love to come on, just being physically incapable of handling the heat.
I was going to make a remark like "Really? More than Steve-O?" considering Steve-O's effort in making the show seamless despite the interview being done remotely last season, but I kind of understand your point. Elijah understood the hot sauces and why it's there and he communicated that perfectly.

Most importantly, though, try and learn from what is being said and only speak up when asked a question or if the conversation dies down. Eli shows just how simple this is!
The dude was the main character of the most famous movie franchise and hes so chill about it. Its crazy how humble the cast of that movie is considering the success they’ve had because of it.
When Elijah Wood said, "Hey, Shortys," then made everyone wait in anticipation for a good 3 sec to see if he'd say, "it's your birthday." Knew he wouldn't leave us hanging. Good man.
He’s uptight ,& weird .
Really appreciate that Sean didn’t make this all about LotR, even though it’s a big part of Elijah’s career (but he didn’t awkwardly ignore it either). I feel like this interview was very well-researched and thought out.

His mum was most of the time on set and she made him hang up his costumes (and not throw it on the floor), clean his trailer himself and she wouldn´t let him cut the line during lunch. I think that kind of treatment by his mother made him the kind and well-mannered person he is now as a grown-up.

Which is not necessarily a big problem. It just means you lack some sort of optimistic thought behind ones said way of punctuation. Elijah's one of the best guests that's been on this show. He's genuinely excited to be there, he responds to questions enthusiastically and in depth and he even reviews the hot sauces as he tries them. Hats off.
I totally agree. He did an amazing job! Sometimes guests either complain too much or do the interview for the matter for getting it done. He did justice
some people just develop a bad attitude working the same job for too long. these actors are like "you want me to eat hot wings for free but i have to answer non-invasive questions about my career?" always a good idea in life to take a step back and look at where you are vs your ancestors who didn't even discover fire yet, some people want to me more like that and some want less.
Guy's like a kid at X-Mas - it was a delight to watch
He is incredibly, vividly descriptive of what he's feeling, tasting, and suffering through. It's a testament to how his brain functions, that he can continue to do that while eating all these wings.
Perhaps for me, most impressive as compared to other guests, is that he seems to be genuinely hungry during this interview. He eats most of the meat from the majority of the wings. Everyone else, by and large, only takes a bit or sometimes two - other than Paul Rudd, who ate the entirety of every one of his cauliflower wings.
Word, Elijhah , Paul rudd , or Shia Lebouf is my top 3 favorites on this show so far,

Met Elijah about 3 years ago at a Comic-Con, he is exactly this person in real life. He is legitimately the best.
Between him and Sean Astin, I have heard nothing but wonderful, endearing, heartfelt stories from the fans who encounter them. Not to say that the rest of the cast is aloof or snobbish, but these two have always been so accessible.
Elijah wood is the most pure person I have ever seen when it comes to celebrities. I wish I could hang out with this guy.
I love Elijah Wood. He’s a child star that turned out very normal and humble. Plus he always seems willing to talk about LotR without getting upset like some stars can be about their famous roles.
Cus he’s a true nerd himself and gets it lol
roles
@@evilpoptartz noooooo I can’t believe I’ve done this. I’m going to acknowledge that I spelled this incorrectly and then edit the original comment because I can’t live with myself
Harrison Ford is a great example of getting upset with a role. Which I find very unfortunate seeing that Han has always been my favorite star wars character.
i feel like it’s because how lotr was shot, and the friends he made from the show
Elijah Wood must be one of the most down to earth and likeable dudes, this was such a simple and easy-going interviews!
I thought the same thing. And what really sold me on it is that if you look at the picture of when he had his first encounter with the hot sauce, and then this video, he is wearing the same shirt under his sweater. That is what normal people do! We have like 5 things we wear all the time.
I met him at a comic con in Calgary and he was exactly like this. Completely down to earth and genuine. So happy when someone who’s part of one of the greatest franchises in the world doesn’t let their ego take over ☺️
Over the garden wall is absolutely gorgeous. We watch it every fall now. Great soundtrack.. It's become a family tradition. 🌸💙
Elijah is wayyyy underrated in the Hollywood industry. What a genuine guy! Sean's interviewing skills so align with Elijah's personality. Great job!
Unfortunately it is usually the ones with genuine souls that are underrated in Hollywood.
He was a child actor
I've heard he's no longer wanted at Hollywood... 😮 I'm from Mexico idk if that's actually true.
@@dajoker8998what movie did he do as a child?

Elijah speaking of how he preferred to hangout with fans more than the vanity fair party what a wonderfully grounded man.

@Choices lovely music thanks for sharing
@@DyslexicMitochondria this show brings out the best out of their guests pretty dope
I love when celebrates get that look on their face when Sean brings up a factoid or question they rarely, if ever, get asked about. Their eye light up and they get that quirky smile. Those are my favorite answers, as well.

When I saw it was Elijah Wood, I wasn’t expecting it to be good. One of the best guests on I’ve ever seen. Very genuine and smart guy. It also helps when the questions during the interview are great. They seemed to click very well. Great job all around!
Elijah Wood is one of those rare humans who have zero haters.
I dont think anyone could hate him, with his blue eyes and american voice
true the max negativity he gets i think is that someone doesnt care about him
i never ever heard anyone talk shit about him and how could you he is so nice and not the facade kind of nice
@@toiletball8420 stop I’m literally dying. That’s interview will forever live in my head
