    What's good V yo guy really bout to come out this pocket but to save him a lil money just pull the valves and lap them with a heavy compound those heads are not cheep top end kit alone 250. 💰 good stuff keep doing what u doing

    I’m pretty sure these engines you have to check the valve clearances at a different stroke. When one piston is at tdc the other is not

    Tdc is different on each cylinder.check rear cylinder first then rotate 270 degrees cw then do front

    Did you figure out what caused vacuum to not work? Did you just rebuild top end of engine?

    Any old big quad that has snorkels on it n isn’t running more than likely is gonna need top end rebuild

    For the record there is a fuel pump missing in this equation probably why the fuel not pumping

      My 2008 has the same problem doesent get gas through the gas line and filter not sure what’s wrong with it idk if I should replace the fuel pump with a new one or if it’s something else

    😎Great video I'm hoping you can help me with my issue. I have a 2010 Brute Force 750 and I was in the process of changing my rear spark plug. Before I could detach the battery terminals from the battery while taking it out the bike the battery slipped and the terminals made contact with the frame of the bike.😳
    I heard some type of electrical distortion and immediately thought well ok probably blew some fuses but unfortunately that wasn't it. I've been trying to figure this out for four weeks and so far I've got nothing.
    My bike now when you turn the ignition to on the fan immediately comes on, the belt like was flashing nonstop but I did the reset and fixed that part, the fuel pump no longer comes on, my push start button no longer works or the light switch and the winch doesn't work either.
    I've been troubleshooting and discovered that if I run a jumper wire into the fuel pump relay it will work that way only if I run an additional wire from the jumper wire directly to the positive battery terminal. Upon doing this it also restored power back to my push start button and the light switch.
    I also discovered today that i have no spark at all and when I push on the rear spark plug coil while it's attached to the spark plug it shuts down all electrical power to the entire bike. The strange part is that if you remove the coil from the spark plug it doesn't shut down the bike no matter how you move the coil. This literally has me lost.😳
    As of now I only seem to have more questions than answers and I'm just trying to get back going again. If you have encountered any of these problems before you knowledge and insight would be greatly appreciated.
    I'm hoping it's just burnt out wires and not my ECU. This bike is literally a brand-new 2010 and it can't be much wrong. I got 2 ecu's I tested on it and same results except the one I did the belt light reset on no longer flashes but the other ECU still shows the flashing light. Hope this info can help pinpoint my issue and get me back going again.🙏

      I have a 2008 and my fan does the same turn on when I turn the key on and my gas line isint getting gas not sure what’s wrong with it was working perfectly fine 2 days ago idk if I should replace the fuel pump or not

      @@jonathanlandaverde4194 I still haven't figured it out. I have 2 ecu's and both do the exact same thing. I'm going to strip all the plastic off and go through the electrical system check all the grounds. The strange thing is the power to my bike is that it works in reverse with a jumper wire straight to the battery.

      @@jonathanlandaverde4194 If I was you I'd take the fan relay out and then you can check to see if your fuel pump is turning on when you turn the ignition. With the fan on you won't be able to hear it. My pump is not coming on. The only way I'm able to get it to come on is using a jumper wire and bridging it directly to the battery. I only did this to test it only. Let me know what you come up with bud. Maybe we can figure this out together.
