I got completely banned for listing a bicycle 6 months ago. It was all original content, no salesy words, no text on photos, etc. I've successfully sold dozens of items on FB marketplace and never had any issue. I appealed this ban but it has been under review for 6 months now. One of your links lead to a page that lets you select a specific listing to appeal, but since I am totally blocked there are no listings to select. Any advice?

just trying to list used clothes and still have problems sometimes. Sometimes its the brand, like Tommy stuff or True Religion gets flagged. I have tried to hit their appeal button before but that seems to also be an automated process and never gets reversed.
I was stuck under review for almost 2 months with no replies in my support inbox. I finally saw a suggestion on a different website to go to a random Buy and Sell group on Facebook and hit the “Request Review” button, which must’ve moved my request to the top or somehow helped it because I got a message back within an hour that my access was restored. Hope this helps someone else that was having the same issue!
Are you sure about using different photos everytime? I mean, for exmaple, let's say I want to sell my jacket, I make a photo of it and create a list of it in city X. After sometime I see there is no interest in this city and decide to delete it and create a new listing with the same photo in city Y. Do I have to use another photo of my jacket now, are you sure about that?
Great grandma personal seller here - I listed Barbie items and all ads good, sold one of the 4 (all different). Listed some houseplants about week after and all seemed good but then got a notice the ad was under review. THEN found all my previous Barbie ads were now under review. Deleted all ads. Tried to relist the plant ads because some are blooming right now. Under review immediately. Very frustrated.
Why dont marketplace give you a reason why you have been banned? I didnt sell anything for a few months but with no explanation how can I disagree?? I put though a request to review it but it has been about three weeks and no reply. No way to contact anyone, just banned. Any other company would not have this bad service. Thank you. Is there any way to delete your listings when your whole account is under review? I can't access Marketplace at all. I'm highly rated with no violations. The only thing I listed were jackets, boots, furniture, toys, and arts/craft supplies. I posted about 6 in a day, so maybee too many too quick.

I have no problems with selling issues. But if I will buy something the system urges me to go into the authentification process. In the first step, it asks me to tape in my FB registered mobile phone number to send me the authentification code to that number. In the second step, it sends to my mobile a message with a 6 digit authentification code. In the third step, it requires to write this code in the authentification window of Marketplace. And here te problem starts. The authentification window accepts only a 5 digit code and in no way accept the 6 digit code sent to me to my mobile. I tried to truncate the first or the last digit; it does not work. Can the author or someone else help me with this issue?

I think I triggered something because I sent out tons and tons of marketplace messages within a two day period buying stuff- must have set it off. Thank you for your help. i listed a sofa- just a sofa with normal pictures. and its been in review for two days. I've been selling on FB for 3 years and never had this issue.

Jeez... I went to edit the ad, CHANGED NOTHING, and hit update. It approved immediately.
