- Mull is a beautiful Scottish island getaway in The Inner Hebrides. Miles of coastline ideal for exploring by boat, historic buildings and lots of opportunities for wildlife spotting. I've made a Mull travel guide featuring some of the highlights of my trip.
In this Mull 4k travel vlog I visit Duart Castle, Iona Abbey, Staffa, Calgary Bay, Tobermory and try some delicious local food.
I got the ferry from Oban to Craigure and then returned from Tobermory to Kilchoan. Tickets and timetables can be found on www.calmac.co.uk/

My favorite place on the Isle of Mull short of maybe Duart Castle is the standing stone circle hidden away just north-east of Moy Castle. Few people ever go there and you feel like you are stepping back into time. Thanks for the video, I need to get back there sometime.

The Duart Castle was a jewel. The fishing community was so preety, and colourful.
This shoot 4:47 with the sound of birds is a place I dreamed of.
But the navigation on the sea with the dolphins amont those epic islands was my favorite part.
The shoot on 8:08 reminded me my trips playing the Witcher 😄 sailing among similar places.
The isle of Mull is amazing, you did a wonderful job portraying its beauty. Well done🌍👍 This is one of the videos I enjoyed the most.

Alex we have not long returned from our first trip to Mull in our wee camper. 6 days was not enough as we fell in love with it as well as Staffa and Iona. From N. Ireland it takes 2 boats and 8 hours but worthwhile. Your coverage of the castle was great and we have a host of other things to do next time. Hope you enjoyed the trip north to Ardamurchan point. Did you visit Sanna Bay and The lighthouse? Views across to Rum Muck Eig and Canna are amazing from there.

My family holidays for the early part of my life were always to Tobermory (in the big white house you see peeking through the trees above the Distillery) and then Iona. Mull remains a very special place for all of us in my family. I sat down and watched this with my 80 year old Mum and she was enraptured by the whole thing - she smiled throughout. Such a great trip down memory lane and a very professionally made video. Thank You.

Ik this was filmed 2 years ago but i recommend going to an island called ulva. There is a cafe, some historic cortage with information inside, an amazing garden further up (theresva path you can take) and amazing walks!!

Mull is the only major Island in the inner Hebrides where I haven’t yet visited. Jura is a tiny approximation of this, but I suspect you’ll enjoy the hikes there.

Calgary Bay is the most beautiful bay you will ever see, but keep it a secret because we don’t want the whole world going there! If you have been to Calgary, Alberta you must go to Calgary, Mull, and see why RCMP mountie McLeod named the fort which bears the name.
