The third video in the Getting Started with PLAXIS 2D training series introduced the soil mode, where we can set up soil layers for the geotechnical analysis.
Shorter way:Soil parameters can be obtained from this examples tutorial OR Longer way: You can dowload the log file than open a new plaxis file. Then in the SOIL mode click on Expert--> Run commands then copy and paste the log commands here, and run everything. The model will present itself. In the soil material section you can use the global materials and copy it to your computer then bring all in the new project you opened.
in case we have an opportunity and enough information about soil we can use HS or any other non-linear models. however choice of model depends on solving problem

sir why we are using soil model is hardening soil? why not mohr coulomb ?
