Get a very forgiving plant, like a snake plant or ZZ plant, and spend a few months with it. Don't over water. then add more as it becomes part of your regular lifestyle.
I think a video on how you’ve built the mental stamina, clarity, self awareness and the steps you took to get to where you are today would be really cool and helpful!

Just wanted to let you know that "mini monstera" is a very common misnomer for your Rhaphidophora tetrasperma. They're both aroids but don't belong to the same genus or species. They're related on the family level though.
Yes, very aware, as I’ve noted all the scientific names in the description. I referred to most plants in this video by their common names, mostly because I’m not confident in pronouncing their genus and species. 😅
