Jade Burigsay, I agree. It makes a difference when you have a big budget. Some food vloggers not all just keeps repeating their menu with a little "twist". Don't get me wrong I am not a peaky eater but there are just some Filipino food that you cannot put coconut milk in it LIKE PINAKBET. Another one is the PINAPAITAN. DON'T USE PORK MEAT BECAUSE PAPAITAN'S ORIGINAL MEAT IS BEEF OR GOAT MEAT. I understand that sometimes here in the US is hard to find Asian store that sells the ingredients.
