My Dorm Living Experiences in UPLB

- Hey fam! Before I give you my full list of dorm living tips, let me first share with you my story on how I transferred from one dorm to another. I think this could be very helpful for incoming freshies and upper batches alike to have an idea of how is it to move places and deal with different people all the time. I'm sorry guys for posting late, our internet connection has been very sloooooow lately so it took me days to upload this one. Anyway, part 2 is on Monday: Dorm Living Tips for college students!

Dear God,
Thank you very much for sending this person to watch my video. This has been one of the life experiences that I wanted to share to him/her so that he/she may come prepared to every challenge he/she will meet along the way, especially in terms of college living. As he/she will be away from his/her family by the time normal classes resume, I pray Lord that you keep him/her safe from any danger and harm, from bad influences, and from anything that could make graduating in UP almost impossible. Lord, we are just humans, we can barely survive without your presence in our lives. May You touch the heart of the lost and the self-sufficient, so that You may be alive in their presence. In Jesus' Name, Amen!

EMEREH Hi Emereh! Siguro Amarah name mo? 😅 thank you! Depends yan. Kahit naman saan basta may accessible na jeep, g lang! Kung ang priority mo is accessibility kahit gabi, sobrang ok talaga if sa labas ng campus. Madali lang naman lumakad papasok or palabas sa sobrang lapit. But ako kasi lumipas na ang pagka social butterfly ko kaya mas bet ko na sa loob ng campus para tago ako sa mga tao 🤣 Kung dati gabi gabi ako nasa labas at parati kaming nag babar hopping ng orgmates ko e mas bet talaga outside campus madali umuwi, pero ngayon more on netflix nalang ang libangan ko. Mas prefer ko na sa loob 😂 #tita

I remember yung Grove. Wayback in the 70s ibang iba ang hitsura nya today. Remember ko sa womens dorm, yung iba gigising 4am para lang mauna maligo. Na experience ko na din manakawan, pera din ang kinuha. Hirap pag andaming kasama sa room, di ka makaconcentrate ng aral lalo na pag maingay mga ka roomates mo.

Jersey Magisa Nasa sayo yan Jersey, ako kasi nun i didnt exactly know what I wanted to become kaya I pursued my Dream School. Not all jobs din naman would require a specific course unless sobrang technical, so a big name for the school helps a lot. That’s for me lang. Yes I will include about DPWAS, I’m still doing my research lang and then next week magpopost ako! ❤️

hello ate matanong lang po kung may alam ko na apartment or dorm na pwede magluto or pwede may stove sa loob ng room. Kasi masyado po magastos kung puro kain sa labas ganon.

Hi ate. I have watch your UP series po. I greatly appreciate your vlogs po it gives me a good grasp of what should I expect when I enter UP. Btw ate, I passed the UPCAT and I'm DPWAS po in UPLB. Is there a chance na makuha ko parin po yung original first or second choice of course ko po? I applied in Bs Biology and Bs Nutrition. Can you give me some advice po ate hehe. Depends kung saan mo plan mag dorm. Sa UP dorms ang ubusan. Pero if private naman marami ka pa rin mahahanap ☺️ Thank you din!! 💖

Krizz Coleen Dela Fuente Hi Krizz! Well so far wala naman hahaha pero ang creepy sa sobrang laki ng room i feel like may kabaong sa harap ko palagi. My tita just died that time kaya yun yung madalas ko maisip. Pero yung talagang experience, di ko alam. Baka meron pero limot ko na. Sa cr nakakatakot maghilamos lalo na pag mag isa ka sa gabi hahaha baka pag mulat mo may something na sa likod! Haha char

Adria Espiritu sa Koru, separate ang drinking water, water bills, at kuryente but free fast wifi abot sa lahat ng rooms.
Sa westbook, free drinking water, free utility water, hati kayo roommate sa kuryente, free wifi pero sa lobby lang kaya nagpakabit pa kami ng sarili (1,540/4 kaming gumagamit with the katabing room).
