BOTH COUNTRY SHOULD SHED POLITICAL DIFFERENCE AND SOLVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH OUT WHICH BOTH THE COUNTRIES CANNOT PROSPER. LET BOTH THE COUNTRY BE DIFFERENT GEO POLITICALLY BUT BE ONE LIKE HONEY & MILK. LET PAKISTAN BEHAVE LIKE HONEY FOR OUR INDIAN BROTHERS & SISTER AND LET INDIA BEHAVE LIKE MILK LET BOTH OF THEM MINGLE MIX TOGETHER & LOOK LIKE ONE AS IT WAS DURING BRITISH RULE.

Javed sahab rightly mentioned Arshad Mehmud. He has only composed for few artists I guess. A lot of famous Pakistani dramas music is composed by him like dhoop kinarey
+Asma Rauf Arshad Mehmood has even composed some songs for Nazia Hassan and Zoheb Hassan as well for their first album, Disco Deewane.

Tina's voice is sounding tired
Technically, the theme is incorrect. Barsoon kay baad dekha ..... is present tense, which means she/ he just saw some body, hence it should be fresh in the memory. Then says" par nam tha bla sa" past tense. Which means the incident occurred long ago. And, this makes the statement self-contradictory. Sorry folks for the comment, but any thing being present at this level and that too by a person by person of Tina's stature should be flawless.
Mir Badshah... I want to explain it for you... here statement is not present continuous.. it is simple present....where is more like past indefinite...poet saw him and describing now his characteristics..but still forgot his name..its pretty much common..that i see a known person which was very near to me ; now he is changed and i've forgotten his name....

The kalam is absolutely right in sense as explained by Omar Khan above... It is written by one of the greatest Urdu peots Ahmed Faraz......
Both statements should be contradictory as shayar here recalling an actual event from the memory but he got gobsmacked with such encounter that it felt like a dream hence when he tried to recall name of the person but it was like a state of dream within a dream kind of a lucid dream type of thing. So basically shayar cherish the moment of that meet up but just remembers that part which increases his dopamine level and wishes that state of hallucination lasts till eternity.
