What about vent pipe?
I am facing space problem can I mount it horizontally
IFB Guys are not not able to do wall mounting
it's been 4 days since dryer has been delivered and still no one has come for doing the same

Pratik, these ifb guys are weird. They have made provision only to mount it UPSIDE DOWN!! And these smart guys say that u can reverse the two badges. But what about the temp chart? That stays upside down. One reason for upside down installation is that the controls can be reached. Or else u need to be really tall to reach for the controls if you were to install it without making it upside down. Or one can install it lower so that the controls on top can be accessed.
This upside thing is really stupid!
But if u insist on installing it without turning it upside down, then u need to create a firm platform.
@@roymastana Thanks. We ended up creating a platform by mounting a ply on the wall. Used some ac holding wall mounts to place the ply firmly.
The upside down thing with the inverted sticker looks weird.
There needs to be IFB guys who can mount it themselves instead of saying ask your carpenter.
@@pratikmore228 That's cool, there are ifb guys rendering services at their personal end. I asked one and he told me it will cost rs 3750 for installation. Someday I will mount it myself. Good u fixed it the right way. Make sure it is trapped from all corners so that it does not fall of even if it were to shake while in use! Good luck!
