Phillip Bailey's voice is amazing. I first heard E.W& F as a kid back in the 70's when my oldest brother brought home one of their albums. I've been hooked every since. Bailey has calibrated with so many great artist through the years. Two of my favorites with him on lead is "I write a song", and "Chinese wall ". What a great career he's had. EWF is one of the greatest bands ever. Thanks for sharing.

Well, I agree and disagree. The Beatles were great composers. Many of their tunes will and have gone down in history of timeless standards. However, as a jazz musician myself, I prefer to hear Beatles tunes played by other musicians particularly seasoned jazz musicians. Although they were great composers their act and stage show was corny as hell. I'm in my mid 60's and can certainly appreciate their contribution to the music world but with the exception of the Abbey Road album I find them hard to listen to without clenching my teeth.

I love some of all kinds of music, understanding that every performer or group has their own lane.
