Thanks Kevin.. I appreciate it man. Those are the same reasons I like watching your vids. Yours are always easy to watch and very informative. To be honest though, I enjoy detecting a lot more without dealing with a camera or editing. I'll still upload the occasional hunt video demoing a new detector or something like that, but for now I'm really burned out on everything else.

@@tommyb7340 I’ll absolutely be filming Tommy, I know how DeWayne is feeling with the burnout. I will literally film for a couple hundred hours in order to capture something I deem to be usable…presentable…worth a shit. It’s hard to do. Some people just film and put it out there no matter how horrible but that’s not good content IMHO. I’ll see what I can drum up!
Good review, everything I've seen concerning this pinpointer has been good. The only thing I don't like about it is the lack of sensitivity adjustment! Merry Christmas!!!
Thanks for this review. I just went to Amazon and ordered one. 47 dollars, and with discount and a coupon I had I paid like 20 dollars. Garrett's carrot is to expensive. Almost 150 dollars anymore.

@@dogismyco-pirate I sold my Harley Road King last year and got a Gen 2 Vmax. Then sold the Vmax and got a 09 Hayabusa with nitrous. I know I'm too old for sportbikes, but what the hell. Its fun!

It would be nice if they added adjustable sensitivity. I love that on my Pro-35. I use it a lot in trashy sites.
I agree Mike. I made a few suggestions for the final product as well. The manufacturer will be watching these comments, so everyone should feel free to leave suggestions.

I had their first one and only used it a handful of times and the motor for vibration stopped working..and it didn't have sound just a light.
I never tried the first one. I remember seeing it though. Not having sound was a deal breaker for me.
Rechargeable via USB C would be so much better
I just bought a new pointer. I never heard of that brand or I would've checked it out.
Hey Matt! Dr. Otek is known for making entry level detectors and gear, but lately they've decided to start working on products that carry over to the advanced market as well. They did a pretty good job on this pinpointer.

I’m not sure. Never tried the ink bird plus, but they do look alike.
It’s not. Very similar, but this model has 2 button operation
