It must be so hard to grieve your Mother, with thousands of cameras pointed at your face. I understand that the applause is well intended, but it would make for such an uncomfortable mix of emotions. But I'm not British, so there's much about the traditions that I don't understand.

Same happened to my mom in 2020, we lost our grandma in January and our grandpa in December, it was a difficult time for us. Miss them so much 😞

I imagine it must have felt so strange, to walk back into the palace where Queen Elizabeth had lived and worked for most of her life, and for her not to be there. I think, despite the building's size, it would have felt quite empty. Peace and comfort to her immediate family, and all those who loved her. ♥
