    I did this today --my first Coach Ali workout and I am SOLD!! OMG, so tough, but at a wonderful slow, safe pace with excellent instruction and form pointers! Thank you!!!!

    Can you put weights on the handles?

      Hi, yes you can but you can also use resistance bands from the carriage to the base (which works much better than weight plates).

    Do we need to warm before starting excercise on this?

      Naveen Chandra Sekhara you can either do a quick dynamic warmup or just go light on the first couple of sets to warm up. I'm not a believer in static stretch warmup as it reduces your performance & intensity.
