MJ was always the #1,2 or 3 in assist on the Bulls. MJ was often the #2 or 3 in rebounds on the Bulls. He definitely was more than a scorer, even when not considering defense. I do love that these two try to take the opposite hot take. Entertaining AF.
Lebron was always Nr 1 in scoring and assists on His team. Always nr 1 never 2 or 3 and as far as I know always nr 1 or 2 in rebounds, more the nr 2 there because hes not the center. He had multiple series leading his team, sometimes both teams in points rebounds and assists. Mj hasn't done that. Hes a better scorer by far and a better perimeter defender. Agreed, so on the mark.
But lebron is a better passer, rebounder, a great scorer and a more versatile defender since he can guard 1-5 and mj can guard 1-3 if the sf isnt too big. LeBron James argument is Shannon and media stance on a longevity point of view only, other than that Michael Jordan owns LeBron in everyway. Get him Skip. Stop this clown Shannon.
Lebron is the best overall player ever. So what does jordan have over lebron that makes him this much better?
@@amartanusaj2147 To be the best overall player requires different things , not stats that they were using to try and remove the cloud that resides over the entire NBA, which is Michael Jordan. You are not the first are the last fan of certain player you feel is better. I was such a fan too. I like Dr. J. That doesn't make him the greatest of all times, I wanted it to be. That's a fan dream. When you facer reality you see the difference between what you believe and real. I've seen all these guys play. Michael Jordan set and smashed the standard, and raised the bar beyond the regular standards. So the NBA try to get and promote the next great players but when they tried to live up they all failed that includes LeBron James. So they instead lowered the bar and used stats comparisons to achieve what they couldn't achieve own their own. Why so many comparisons, maybe your young it doesn't matter. What really matters is that a unbreakable symbol that is superhuman stands infront of white power and it has to broken no matter how they do it, they must do it. So they can continue destroy the little dignity you have left. Ir won't make sense to younger or guys that are compelled to stand on false principles. When one man achieves greatness the correct way and the other needs to have others try and validate him and he don't measure up to that status, we have the perfect controversy to cover our agenda and objectives. Stop following and look a little closer and you will see the truth. It's clearer than you think. When you earn the respect of other great players you are a legend, and your performances are legendary that's Michael Jordan. Do yourself a favor and go compare side by side game performances and see if it holds up to your fair and balanced beliefs. You will see a real difference and welcome aboard the truth. I'm not going to put LeBron James down, because he didn't choose this outcome they made sure this would be the outcome. The question is why????.

The bulls ran the triangle offense players moving without the ball players setting each other up Lebron holds the ball nobody can get hot or touch the ball in he has more responsibility smh
Young Skyler Exactly, that’s the reason why Lebron accumulated so many assists, he holds the ball for too long, he doesn’t play off the ball and doesn’t play elite defense anymore. Say what you want, and maybe Lebron had to shoulder more responsibility but when you are leading the league in scoring, steals, you're leading your team to the #1 seed, and your also First Team All-NBA defense is a responsibility in itself.
Lebron doesn’t allow his PGs to be PGs..
Who has made the bigger bigger impression on the league? MJ.
And stop disrespecting Kobe. Lebron not on Kobe’s level yet.
MJ was the best player on his team, Lebron is the best on his. What exactly is unfair to compare? It's literally apples to apples, not rocket science. Nobody's mentally afraid of LeBron.
When Lebron in game 1 of the 2017 finals had stephen curry guarding him at the top of the key as time was winding down and he chose to throw the ball into traffic to a cutting George hill only to go on to lose and allow JR smith to become the fall guy because of his blunder, that told me everything I needed to know about one Lebron James. Lechoke doesn’t have the heart to step into the ring with Ali (metaphor) let alone stake any kind of a claim to the throne. Lebron is an athletic phenom who does work extremely hard and is great in his own right, but it’s the intangible things that can’t be measured on a stat sheet that will always leave Lebron wanting.
I remember watching that game, waiting for Lebron to pull up and drain the jumper, or drive the ball and draw a foul. Nope, he puts the game in the hands of George hill and the rest is history
How did you measure it if it can not be measured?
Ja Wi we have a standard based on the “ eye test.” The standard has been exhibited by many athletes in big moments. Montana to Taylor , curt Schilling on the mound with a bloody ankle taking down the yanks. These moments give us a visual of what we expect of a top athlete such a LeBron . LeBron has come up short in moments where he definitely shouldn’t have. ---------------------

Here we go again, with the nonsense. When people talk about Michael Jordan and how he played are approach the players and the games they played, he used different tactics to motivate his teammates. The results speak for themselves. Facts that he went undefeated in the finals, and set the bar very high for players that come after him also shows how hard it is to win championships, and the leader of the team. Yet Michael Jordan did all that and people like Shannon Sharpe, Nick Wright, Collins Cowherd, and Channing Frye can make blanketed opinions and should get called on them.
